Had a great experience with Family Heating & Air Conditioning our technician Jacob was very polite and excellent customer service. Reasonable pricing and did the job we need the same day. I 100% recommend their services. He did a thermostat installation and a repair in our furnace.

Family HVAC exceeded my expectations! My tech, Jimmy and another worker (can’t remember his name), arrived early in the morning and did an awesome install. Very efficient, respectful, and just cool dudes. Family beat the cost of competition in the area and advised me of detailed solutions to improve my set-up. Highly recommend and a super satisfied customer here!

Excellent service! Tyler was very thorough with his work, as he freely walked me through what he was doing and why. He was able to answer my questions to my satisfaction and walked me through my options while being honest and practical with his recommendations. Very grateful that I found Family Heating and Air.

Jimmy & Colin handled my HVAC installation. Both young men were very friendly, courteous and respectful. I appreciated that they put down tarps to protect my floors and Jimmy removed his shoes when he first arrived. They worked well together and they worked hard. They didn’t even take a lunch break! They went above and beyond my expectations. 😊

Jacob was professional and polite. More importantly he was able to share his knowledge and explain everything he was doing. He was very transparent with any furnace problems at my dad's house.
Jacob also serviced my furnace and gave me a detailed report before winter.
I will have him back in the spring for AC.
Very good place and very reasonable price.
