Tyler, Matt and Family Heating and Air have been so helpful with our last minute dryer vent issues! We had to install a new vent in order to install our new dryer.
Matt was available for an estimate with in a couple of hours of my call and the work was able to be scheduled the next day! I was kept informed of the arrival of the technicians and how the work was to be done. We were also were able to have the dryer vent cleaned as well in the same visit. Bravo for great customer service, accommodating last minute scheduling and terrific technicians! Tyler answered all my questions and check out was easy. I highly recommend Family Heating and Air!!

Had a great experience with Family Heating & Air Conditioning our technician Jacob was very polite and excellent customer service. Reasonable pricing and did the job we need the same day. I 100% recommend their services. He did a thermostat installation and a repair in our furnace.

James the technician was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the issue we were having with our furnace. I was so impressed with James and Family Heating and Air, I prepaid for two service checks in advance for Air this spring and the furnace in the Fall of 2025. The bill was very fair for the work completed on the visit. I only wish I discovered Family Heating and Air years ago. Unlike many large companies, they will repair your system without trying to sell you a new furnace. It’s hard to find in a big city a business that feels like a small town business. Family Heating and Air does just that! I’ll be a client for life! I would highly recommend them to anyone who has furnace and air issues. I would have gave James and Family Heating and Air 10 stars, but it just tops off at five stars. Thank you again.
