Awesome experience! Pleasantly surprised to get a live person when we called later in the evening. They were flexible with our schedule while willing to get us in a quickly as possible. Did a great job communicating when the technician was on the way. Technician was great, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, didn’t pressure us with any sales pitches and helped us fix our issue. He listened to our needs/wants and provided a solution that met those needs/wants. I can’t recommend Fall Creek Plumbing highly enough! After discovering issues with our residential gas line, we were concerned about safety and the potential cost. Their team responded with urgency, arriving promptly to assess the situation and clearly explaining our options. They replaced the entire gas line quickly and efficiently, all while keeping costs surprisingly reasonable. I got a water softener installed that I bought on my own. Once it was delivered, I called to see if I could have someone install it. They said that they could have someone out that day. Someone was there within two hours. Pretty incredible. The work was completed in less than one. It was just a brine tank and a resin tank and was installed where a pervious system had been. The work was clean and they even removed the empty boxes.
The only part I wasn't 100% happy about was the pricing. The quote was done on-site and if I didn't want the work done I would still be charged $75 for the diagnostic. The quote I got was $700 to install. The installer called his boss and asked if he could go lower (I hadn't said anything about the price) and his boss asked what my target was. I threw out $400 with no reference. They said the best they could do was $525. I agreed. They were already there and I would have been out $75 anyway. I still feel like that was high but I could be wrong. $175 discount make me a little uneasy about how pricing is handled. Or maybe I'm just lucky.
