So our tankless water heater konked out. I asked Eliete Plumbing to take a look, and within a few minutes they had the solution. They didn't gaslight me or try to add on unnecessary services, and in fact, the repair was less expensive than i imagined! They are highly knowledgeable and very personable, down to earth people. Will DEFINITELY use them again!

I came home on a Friday and my water heater was leaking and failed. On a Saturday they came out and replaced. Price was reasonable but most of all why I am happy, I feel human, I felt like a valuable customer, I wasn't charged for additional help and questions, we laughed and joked, professional as well, and local! Thank you my man!

We had our sewer line backup on us so we called Elite Plumbing. They came out about 8:30 on a Saturday night and quickly got us back in business. Elite Plumbing is a great local business. Drew was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions about the job and future work that will need to be done.

They did the work on Tuesday. The next day I got a text with link to the bill. When I clicked on the link it said “$20 a day late fee will be applied from date of service”. When I texted the owner and said I would pay half today and the rest next Friday. He texted back stating the $20 a day late fee would be applied. Keep in mind I got no estimate or signed no paperwork before they did the work. When I told him applying a $20 a day late fee without disclosure was right he went on a tirade and said he would place a lien on my house if not paid in full by Tuesday. One week after service!! Dude is a bit unhinged.

Had a major emergency that other contractors turned down, elite plumbing came within 30 minutes of my call. They talked me through the problem and were able to give me a solution that avoided major repair. They felt like a handy neighbor!
I’ll be going back to them for all future plumbing needs.
Edit: I had another incident and called elite plumbing immediately. I had a broken water main leak and the team was there within 15 minutes of calling! True life savers. Thank you Elite Plumbing!!
