It was time for our heat pump and air handler to be replaced. I collected estimates from 6 different HVAC companies. Thankfully we were not under the gun with an extreme weather situation. After speaking to Christopher, the company owner, I quickly realized his company was the right fit for me. His knowledge was unmatched and never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me anything or squeeze every last penny out of my situation. Not only was his estimate reasonable, but I received better quality equipment than what the other outfits were trying to sell me at a higher price. Install went well as they were methodical to make sure it was done right the first time. If you live in the Noblesville area and value working with a local business that has personal touch, I would recommend giving these guys a look.

Our technician Derrick was very professional and nice. He seemed honest and trustworthy in his assessment of our issue. We needed a blower motor replaced on our furnace. I was quoted $2,000 from a different company or they were suggesting a whole new system. Dutch’s quote was about 1/3rd of the other quote. I had no heat for 2 days and I it was very cold out. Dutch came out on Saturday and in an hour replaced the motor and had heat flowing back into my house. I would highly recommend Dutch as your first choice in HVAC services.

I give them a 5 star even though they didn't service my furnace. They did call me back and walked me through my problem with great detail and I was able to take care of the problem.
I called Dutch Heating because I was looking for a good local business instead of all the big HVAC companies. They are what I was looking for and would highly recommend.

I asked Dutch to install a humidifier. The humidifier they installed would not raise the humidity in the house. It turns out the unit was sized for a home about half the size of mine according to the manufacturer. After back and forth on the phone I lost faith in the company. To their credit they did offer to replace or refund the unit but based on our phone call I do not trust them to work in my home. I would rather take the loss and employ someone else to install the proper unit than have them perform the work for free.

Had probably the best repair experience of my life. Found a broken wire and repair was finished. When so many places of business try to convince you to repair something other than what you need (or worse, tell you that you need to repair something that's not broken), Dutch Heating and Cooling is truly a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this business for work before and after the sale.
