Dr. Jeremy Joe Jones (JJ) and the team at Dentistry of Fishers are, without question, the best dental practice in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. I’ve known Dr. Jones since we were kids, and it’s been incredible to see the level of professionalism, care, and excellence he has built into this practice. The quality of the services and the overall experience at the office are simply phenomenal.
Dr. Jones leads an outstanding team. His dental assistants and staff who help with Invisalign treatment are fantastic. If you choose to do Invisalign with this office, you’ll feel like the red carpet has been rolled out for you. They are attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always ready to solve any issue and make sure everything stays on track. I would highly recommend anyone considering Invisalign to do it here.
The hygienists also deserve special recognition. Their cleanings are the best I’ve ever had — my teeth always feel exceptionally clean afterward, and they somehow manage to make the experience comfortable with very little pain. They’re personable, professional, and clearly take pride in their work.
And while the dental care itself is outstanding, the front office team truly completes the experience. Val and Emma are two absolutely wonderful people. When you arrive, you’re greeted by Val, who is warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. When you leave, Emma sends you off with the same level of kindness and professionalism. They go above and beyond to accommodate patients’ needs, and they’re genuinely enjoyable to talk to. It’s rare that a dental office makes you look forward to appointments, but here it’s actually a pleasure to see a visit on my calendar knowing I’ll get to catch up with Val when I arrive and Emma when I head out.

I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices of this dental office. They held onto charges for over three (3) years and then suddenly surprised me with a bill close to $400, with no prior itemized statements ever provided. Until that moment, I had no idea there was an outstanding balance.
When I called to get clarification, I was told the office had been “fighting claims” with my insurance — yet no EOBs were ever sent to me, and shockingly, they admitted they do not even have the EOBs on file and now need additional days to retrieve them.
The only time I ever received a detailed bill was after I missed an appointment, at which point a “balance forward” suddenly appeared for over $300 — again, with no prior explanation or documentation.
Because of this delay and lack of transparency, I missed the 120-day insurance appeal window, permanently losing my right to dispute these charges with my insurance company. That is unacceptable and entirely preventable with proper billing communication.
I want to be very clear that I have never had a single issue with the dentist, hygienists, or front office staff. The clinical care has always been excellent, and they truly do a great job with dental treatment. It is incredibly disappointing that due to the billing department’s handling of this situation, I will no longer be using this office despite the quality of care.
Healthcare offices have a responsibility to provide timely, itemized billing and insurance documentation. Holding charges for years and then placing the burden on patients is unprofessional. I strongly recommend anyone considering this office to closely monitor their billing and request documentation early to avoid a similar experience.

Switched from other local dentist. The providers are kind, professional and efficient. Valerie is a rockstar she’s easy to talk to and very sweet. She is a professional, shes organized, informative regarding insurance, they have made it easy you can txt pictures of insurance etc. Friendly reminders are ultra helpful a nice communications touch. Aubrey, the dental assistant was excellent. Able to support the dentist with fillings as well as polishing. Helps the office be more efficient. She walked me through every step of both fillings. Met both dentists, they are incredible and professional. The whole team is spectacular!
