Your techs never turned my furnace back on when they left. My functioning furnace now sounds like a freight train when I turn it on and doesn't function at all. Your techs are incompetent and I have reached the end of my patience. This is third major issue i have had and this company. My house is now 64 and dropping. What kind of tech doesn’t turn a unit back on and ensure it works???? My unit kept home comfortably at 70 before they showed up!!!!
Edit - Tech came back in AM. He had forgot to plug in my capacitor. Sorry for the “rookie mistake.” My house was 58 degrees last night. I am appreciative the kid was apologetic, but pretty frustrated to have to deal with another issue. This same company also no showed me two straight days this past summer to replace a hot water heater and forced me to pay a premium to have repairs done elsewhere on weekend.

Javier and Nick were at our house to do our fall furnace and heat pump. Both were professional and great to work with! They were thorough and explained everything great! They took the time to ensure everything was on the up and up! And the Sully dog was also so happy to meet new friends!

Always great work from Complete Comfort. Sam was great! He came out checked my furnace before winter. Took pictures of everything and explained how the numbers lined up. It was great to see that the work Complete Comfort did in the spring had made things better. Complete Comfort came out about 5 months before to check my HVAC/AC system before summer and found pressure issues. Everything was good today. Sam was also very nice and friendly as a person (everyone with this company has been).

We have been very disappointed with Complete Comfort recently. We have been customers since 2015. Their customer service has drastically changed. We bought their 5 Star Maintenance Plan again in 2024 as we have for many years. Complete Comfort confirmed two appointments in the last month to service our heating system and both times they were a “no show.” We have emailed them several times and even left messages for their owner, Ken Hale, with no response. Last week I called to ask for a refund of the money spent for the 5 Star Maintenance Plan. So far no response from Ken Hale or anyone at Complete Comfort.
