Highly recommend Chapman! We had him out for our yearly maintenance and service. He was thorough in inspecting everything, even going above and beyond for checking some things. He’s helpful with maintenance tips, overall very knowledgeable, and just a nice person to talk to and trust in your home. We really appreciate the great customer service, Complete Comfort! And what a great asset Chapman is to your team.

Chapman was our technician today. He flushed our tankless water heater and inspected all our plumbing for any areas of concern. He was very courteous and did a great job explaining everything! We have had Complete Comfort do many updates in our home. We highly recommend them.

Very dissappointing - last year I paid for a service to have some preventative maintenance done which I was told would include flushing of my water heater. The first time I had someone out to do a review of systems - the person they sent really was searching for things to fix and it was very suspicious watching him sitting and not doing anything for about 40 minutes with my furnace. Now this time I realized I might have a service they would cover - and had them send a guy out to do the flush of my water heater. The young guy was nice enough but his experience level and his confidence was minimal. I literally got nothing out of him being here. Now I am left without the service I paid for and without a flush of my water heater. My heater install is as simple as can be and in the easiest possible place to work on. I am not sure what the point of paying for a professional to do a service if the company won't send someone who can get the job done. Very irritating and frustrating. I did try and call back as requested by the owner but the answering service said there was no way to link me to them. But this should be a warning to home owners. There are plenty of highly rated reviews here - and yet - my experience is that 2 times this company sent out young fellas who were nice enough. But these young fellas really did not have anough experience to get the job done. So consider that I did pay extra for a years worth of preventative maintenance and I have gotten nothing to show for it. I really see this as a fishing expedition to get people to spend money on services they don't need. So my advice is to keep your guard up and consider someone else for your plumbing and heating needs.

Your techs never turned my furnace back on when they left. My functioning furnace now sounds like a freight train when I turn it on and doesn't function at all. Your techs are incompetent and I have reached the end of my patience. This is third major issue i have had and this company. My house is now 64 and dropping. What kind of tech doesn’t turn a unit back on and ensure it works???? My unit kept home comfortably at 70 before they showed up!!!! Edit - Tech came back in AM. He had forgot to plug in my capacitor. Sorry for the “rookie mistake.” My house was 58 degrees last night. I am appreciative the kid was apologetic, but pretty frustrated to have to deal with another issue. This same company also no showed me two straight days this past summer to replace a hot water heater and forced me to pay a premium to have repairs done elsewhere on weekend.

I paid for the monthly maintenance plan for about a year before deciding it just wasn't worth it. You're supposed to get priority on calls and discount on services, but I got multiple quotes from them and they were always thousands of dollars higher than other companies. We did have them install a humidifier on our furnace, the tech was there for 8 hours to the point where I was about to ask him to leave so I could put my kids to bed. When he was done I asked him about filter maintenance (how often to change, where to get them, etc) and he didn't know. Told me to call customer service and ask them. I did call and ask, the person I talked to said they would have a tech call me back to answer those questions, no one did. I ended up looking it up online. The free maintenance checks/tune ups on the AC/Furnace were nice, but at some point one of their techs removed a drain plug from the AC and the first time we turned it on this year the tray flooded in an hour and we had to shut it off. Mind you, we built our house in 2023, other than the installers Complete Comfort technicians are the only people who have touched our system. They came out to check the leak and wanted to charge us $400 for the drain plug, a $10 part from Lowes, that one of their tech's removed to begin with! I called twice requesting to talk to a manager and never heard back so finally just called and cancelled the service. Between the price gouging and lack of response from customer service/management, I don't trust them to do business honestly.
