I do not do many google reviews… but I had to for this company! I cannot recommend C&H Heating and Air enough. Honestly. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, their professionalism and GENUINE care were like no other company I’ve worked with.
The technicians arrived on time, did GREAT work, and took the time to explain every step of the process. They treated my home with respect and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process .
What really set C&H apart was their warmth and sincerity for people. By the time they finished, it felt like I had worked with family rather than a company. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I didn’t feel like just another customer, but a friend.
If you’re looking for exceptional service from people who genuinely care, C&H is the only choice. I’ll never go anywhere else! They’re my only call from now on!!!!!!

I would Absolutely recommend C&H Heating and Cooling!!!
Brent was so nice, so respectful and so easy to work with. We let him know our price range we were working with, and he respected that, he didn't try to sell us something we couldn't afford.
We actually had another company come out a few years prior, and they quoted us a new system at about 18 thousand. That was it, no other options. So, we honestly didn't know we could get a new heating and cooling system for half that.
Brent started by asking us a few simple questions about our needs and wants. Then, he showed us a detailed booklet that had a variety of packages and prices, which i loved! I like to see all my options, with prices. We picked out a package that was right for us, in our price range, that met our needs. It really was that simple.
They came out two days later to install it. Super fast, right!! Kenny was also an absolute pleasure to work with. He was honest, hardworking and extremely helpful. He did the complete install in about 5 hours. That was it, done. He tarped off his working area, and was very clean, considering our old furnace had to be taken out of the house. I was pretty impressed.
We are absolutely thrilled with our new heating and cooling system... Our house feels amazing and we could not be happier...

We had a complete Hvac system installed last year with great service and price. Our water heater went out recently, so we called Casey and within 2 hours they were here and replaced with a new one in 1 and a half hours with an incredible price. Great people and service. 2 thumbs up.

I recently had a Senville mini-split system installed by C&H Heating and Cooling, and I could not be happier with the experience. From my first contact with Casey, the owner, the process was smooth, professional, and reassuring.
Casey and his crew arrived promptly, communicated clearly throughout the installation, and completed the job efficiently—much quicker than I had expected. They took great care in ensuring everything was done neatly and professionally. The installation itself was flawless, and they carefully managed every detail, including drilling through plaster walls in my historic home without causing unnecessary damage.
The entire crew was pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. They addressed all of my concerns patiently and provided clear explanations every step of the way. After completion, they thoroughly cleaned up the workspace, leaving my home spotless.
Overall, C&H Heating and Cooling delivered exceptional service at a very fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC installation or service—this team genuinely knows their craft and cares about their customers.

This is my second time using C&H Heating and Cooling after my first attempt at using them. This year C&H came out twice, once to do a check and maintenance of the furnace in the early winter months, and the second time to do a maintenance and check on the AC unit and Furnace. Both times they were very professional, and the service tech went over his findings with me in depth. Nothing but professionalism with their service tech! Brent was a great help with setting up both appointments, and if you get to work with him, he will take care of you and make sure stuff gets done.
