I do not do many google reviews… but I had to for this company! I cannot recommend C&H Heating and Air enough. Honestly. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, their professionalism and GENUINE care were like no other company I’ve worked with.
The technicians arrived on time, did GREAT work, and took the time to explain every step of the process. They treated my home with respect and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process .
What really set C&H apart was their warmth and sincerity for people. By the time they finished, it felt like I had worked with family rather than a company. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I didn’t feel like just another customer, but a friend.
If you’re looking for exceptional service from people who genuinely care, C&H is the only choice. I’ll never go anywhere else! They’re my only call from now on!!!!!!

I would Absolutely recommend C&H Heating and Cooling!!!
Brent was so nice, so respectful and so easy to work with. We let him know our price range we were working with, and he respected that, he didn't try to sell us something we couldn't afford.
We actually had another company come out a few years prior, and they quoted us a new system at about 18 thousand. That was it, no other options. So, we honestly didn't know we could get a new heating and cooling system for half that.
Brent started by asking us a few simple questions about our needs and wants. Then, he showed us a detailed booklet that had a variety of packages and prices, which i loved! I like to see all my options, with prices. We picked out a package that was right for us, in our price range, that met our needs. It really was that simple.
They came out two days later to install it. Super fast, right!! Kenny was also an absolute pleasure to work with. He was honest, hardworking and extremely helpful. He did the complete install in about 5 hours. That was it, done. He tarped off his working area, and was very clean, considering our old furnace had to be taken out of the house. I was pretty impressed.
We are absolutely thrilled with our new heating and cooling system... Our house feels amazing and we could not be happier...

If you are looking for a Heating and Cooling Company with no communication skills, look no further! This is the company for you. I had them come out in mid-October to service my Furnace and AC unit. They gave the standard 2-hour window, no problem with this. HOWEVER, Not only did they not call me to tell me they were running late, but when me, myself, and I called them to ask where they were they lied and told me they were only about 30 minutes out. 1 hour later I finally got a call saying they were 15 minutes out. So glad I left work anticipating them being there during their window, but now they will be coming even later! I reluctantly stayed until they arrived, and showed them to the Furnace, AC Unit, and Thermostat. My wife was home at the time, so I told them if they had any questions ask her or call me on my cell, which I provided them my number. Shock, to my surprise they left 10 minutes after I did. Provided no report of what they accomplished or looked at while they were there, but I also tried contacting their boss Casey Short to get an update on the report. A week goes by and I hear nothing from Casey. Two weeks go by and I finally hear something from Casey that he will look into it tomorrow. Another week goes by and Casey finally tells me he looked into it and can't find a service report from his guys. Didn't know tomorrow meant one week... Either way, he apologized about his guys not filling out a report or doing their jobs, and offered to send them back out and redo the service at no charge. What a nice guy right? I responded back to Casey the next day explaining that I would love to have his guys back out to redo the service, but I feel obligated to pay at least for one of the trips, I understand paperwork gets lost and stuff. Wouldn't you know I didn't hear a single peep from Casey to reschedule after I sent my message back to him? The first text went to him on November 1, then another on November 20, one on December 3rd, another on December 4th, and lastly one this morning. No Response to any of them. I must say the communication and their dedication to making customers happy is chefs kiss.

I recently had the pleasure of working with C&H Heating and cooling, and I can’t say enough good things about their service. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
When I first contacted them, their customer service team was prompt, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They scheduled an appointment quickly and made sure to accommodate my availability. On the day of the service, the technician arrived right on time and was professional and courteous throughout the entire visit.
The technician took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my HVAC system and offered several options for repair. They didn’t just push for the most expensive solution but provided a clear, honest assessment of what needed to be done. The repair work was completed efficiently, and they took great care to ensure everything was clean and in order before they left.
If you’re looking for an HVAC company that combines professionalism with genuine care for their customers, I highly recommend C&H Heating and cooling. Their expertise and integrity truly set them apart!

The guys from C&H came in and they were very professional. They figured out what was wrong very quickly. Im very happy with their services and the way they helped out my family when we were going through a hard time. Would 100% recommend using them, if you are looking for people who actually care about YOU. One last thing I sent in the request Sunday and they were out here on Monday . SO super fast service.
