After the install of my tankless water heater the technician never stayed long enough to check his work for leaks. We were out of town so no one was home to check the work. I had my son stop by on his way home to make sure everything was ok. He found a pipe leaking and getting the drywall wet. I called the 24 hr line to get someone to fix it and they didn’t want to send anybody for 12 hrs. Luckily I was able to get a hold of the salesman and he was very helpful getting someone to address the problem in a few hrs. It seems that this company has some good employees and some bad. Until they can address the bad employee problem, I would use someone else.

Carters make the process of replacing a water heater easy. The pricing is up front with no surprises. Installation is done by competent technicians who are friendly, neat and clean up after themselves. Our installation is a work of art.

He took the time to clearly explain the issues and our options, making sure we felt informed and confident in the decisions being made. Everyone we dealt with at Carter’s My Plumber was very professional and easy to work with. We had a leaky water heater replaced. All of our options for a replacement were explained including costs. We are very happy with how well the installation was done and how neat and clean everything looked afterwards. We would definitely use them again.

Carters My Plumber did an excellent job with replacing the drain line for the kitchen sink. I’m very pleased with their responsiveness and with their pricing. I would definitely recommend their services. While the technician was on the roof capping off the vent line he noticed a problem with shingles on the roof. He took pictures of the problem and let me know that I should have it looked at. Great value added service! Thank you!
