Service & cold Pepsi was the best part of the visit. No live band tonight but music was cranked up so loud could barely have a conversation with the guy across the table. Breaded mushrooms were huge & breading hard & crunchy/crispy making it hard to eat. The potato skins were extra crispy & a rubbery. Chicken strips were ok though. Not what I was hoping for based on the reviews.

A "brew pub" in name only. It's just a bar in a bowling alley.
The food was fine, just bar food. But, we were the only people in the restaurant and had to chase down our waitress to order and to get our bill.
It was disappointing as we were in town for a concert and wanted to have a nice meal. We chose this place because it was a "brew pub" and ended up eating bar food.

tried blaze Brew pub today. nice thick tenderloin with an Italian seasoning breadcrumb crust. a good solid tenderloin wavering between four and five stars as it was a bit dry. the grilled was also thick with good pork flavor little dry, little under seasoned. coleslaw is excellent and helped to fight the grease of the tenderloin snd tots.. tater tots not so good. they're very thin so all you get is crunch and grease no potato flavor. tried over 10 tenderloins in Anderson so far and though not at the top I'd say it's in the top five. unfortunately still using styrofoam for all their packaging so won't be back.

Nothing good really to say about it. Ordered the blaze western, very bland and over cooked. Middle of a burger should have a pink tint, not resemble the black hole in my heart. Coleslaw was most certainly leftovers from the day before. They have 8 beers on tap..... not a 1 is a local craft. Hardly a brew pub if you ask me, very limited selection on beer. Bartender was polite and attentive, food and beer selection just trash.
