The repair was completed efficiently, and the system is working perfectly again. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. Ben Franklin was easy to contact and schedule at my convenience. Kody was right on time and did a great job. He was pleasant, solved the problem, and gave me a great explanation of the issue and what I may need to watch for in the future. I am pleased with this service and am comfortable recommending them.

Had a blockage just a few feet from the toilet in the interior main. I had already pulled the toilet so access was simple. The original quote was high but since it was a pretty easy job the company reduced it to a very reasonable price. Probably only took about 20 minutes and the technician was great.

Juan was excellent! He found the problem and explained in detail what was needed to be done to resolve it. This is my second time having to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and each time they did an excellent job! I will only use this company from now on. Prices are reasonable along with great service !

Michael Opp was absolutely outstanding! He was efficient, thorough and incredibly kind throughout the entire service call. He took the time to explain the process beforehand so I knew exactly what to expect, which I really appreciated. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue in a timely manner and his professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience stress free. Michael truly went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services and would definitely use and recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Indianapolis services again in the future. Thanks again!
