I started off with five stars because the original technician that came out came very quickly to assess the issue. He was polite and timely. However, it is four days later, and the repair still has not been completed. I’ve taken multiple days off work, and still have no water. When calling to ask dispatch where my technician was, the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly short and rude. You pay a premium with this company because they are 24 hour, I expect a lot more for my money.

Brett was very thorough and was able to fix the water connections for our washer immediately! He informed me of everything he was doing as he went and reviewed every detail at the end. Excellent technician and quick service! Thank you!

They came, they fixed, they badgered. We needed our sump pump back up battery, and a few sump pump parts installed. I purchased all of these parts ahead of time a couple months ago, via Home Depot, after considerable research. I made sure I had good quality parts, and the right ones. I told them this on the phone prior to them coming out. When they did come out for the job, the plumber told us that it would be $2500. I asked why, and he listed off the parts we needed. I asked him to look inside a cardboard box next to the pump where the parts were. Mind you I was not at home. I was at work. He then called back, and said it would be 600 to install the parts, fine... $600 an hour seems reasonable for the work. He went on to say that we did have a leak, because of overflow from our water softener. A few hours later, I got another call at work from a different plumber. This plumber said that I owed him $350. I asked why and he said he was a drain specialist and he had a $90 consult fee, & the job to clear the pipe be $250. $250 an hour also seems reasonable. Again, mind you, I'm at work, in between appointments. After he finishes the job, He calls for payment. I apologize and say I don't have my credit card handy because I am away from my office where I keep my wallet, and car keys. He then acts as if the world is ending, and talks in circles for five minutes while I try to explain to him that I am late for another appointment. I politely tell him I will call him back when I get to my wallet, and remit payment. After what felt like negotiating the Cuban missile crisis, he agrees. Later in the day, I speak to the general manager, or some manager, that calls me per my request. He explains that they will waive the consultant fee, because it is not my fault they had to send a second plumber to do the job that one plumber could do. He also explains to me that he understood the psyche of the plumber I was on the phone with, But was sorry for the inconvenience..... Moral of the story, I got shook down for a very simple job to the tune of $950+ with taxes etc.... While we were thankful they came out and installed the parts, , the alarm on the sump pump has been going off continuously since they left, despite me attempting to reset it. This was not a pleasant experience. We will not be asking them to come out again.

Juan and Billy are SUCH PROFESSIONAL men! I cannot say enough about their characters!! ---- MY FAULT I did not cancel in a timely manner and they came anyway. They were extremely professional and understanding about the fact that I had to cancel ----I'm trying to gift card them for their time and effort! I really appreciate them being so kind. Not many people like that around anymore! I just wanted you to know how much I truly appreciate you guys!!!!! Thank you, really.... -Dawn.

The first tech came out and was great. He quickly assessed the situation and had a second tech lined up to come out same day and got the new water heater installed promptly. Both were courteous and friendly and could not have been happier with them. The problem I have is not with the service or the quality, it was the pricing. Per job labor cost made it so my in-warranty (parts only) replacement was $1100 for less than 2 hours of labor. If I need this done again I will be finding someone else to do the work despite how great the techs were who performed the work.
