I don’t write reviews much, but these dentists really know what they’re doing! I just got my wisdom teeth out, and it was such a clean and easy process. I’ve had no pain after just one day, and their prices are amazing compared to everywhere else. Huge shoutout to the staff, Dr. Hamed, Ms. Katie, and Ms. Sheena for all the amazing help. If the ladies are wearing pink, then you’re definitely in the right hands!

I had a very disappointing experience at Aspen Dental in Anderson. I actually liked the dentist, but the rest of my visit was frustrating. The office changed my appointment time multiple times on the day of my visit, yet I still spent over three hours there, much of it waiting. I was told my treatment would cost about $680 after insurance for gingivitis, but only after I had already paid and requested an itemized receipt did I discover that nearly $200 of my bill was for an electric toothbrush and water flosser that I was never clearly told I was purchasing—even though I had already told the hygienist I owned both. The office agreed to refund the charge after I pointed it out. To make matters worse, when they emailed my updated receipt, they accidentally sent me another patient’s receipt containing that patient’s personal and medical information instead of mine. While they eventually corrected both mistakes, patients should not have to discover surprise charges or receive someone else’s private information. I hope this office improves its billing transparency, communication, and handling of patient information.

This was my first time here, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even assisted me in scheduling a whitening treatment, which was a great service considering I had driven quite a distance. Overall, it was definitely worth the drive, and I’ll definitely be returning.

This place is the best dental facility I have ever been to. They genuinely care. They not only helped me find the funding I needed, their work is amazing. 2 appointments & I walked out with the best smile ever. I can't thank them enough! This is the only dentist I will ever go to. Thanks so much. You definitely exceeded all expectations

Just great group of people. They are always super helpful and the work they do is top notch. My last visit I had a cavity filled and was only there for 30 minutes. Great work and fast how do you beat that?
