We came from Ohio to celebrate a family member's 86th birthday. The food was great, but even better was the service. Our waitress handled our party of 20 so wonderfully. She was on the ball with the refills, got the orders out correctly and in a timely manner. And, I highly recommend the garlic cheese bread!!

I don't even know where to begin. Started out well. Server was prompt and the place seemed clean. I took my wife and 2 kids there to try for the 1st time and not only was I not impressed but as a person who isn't picky in the least it simply wasn't good. I can't go to a place like this and not try the pizza right? I decided to try the spaghetti as well. I got the mini Hayze and the spaghetti. My spaghetti was hardly warm and tasted like plain canned or jarred crushed tomatoes topped with 3 tablespoons of dry Italian seasoning. No big deal I'll try this pizza. The topping were piled so so high that the dough was raw to the point of slimy underneath and the sauce was like the same crushed tomatoes mixed with half a gallon of water. Even with all those unnecessary toppings the pizza was flavorless. You never know who you're going to serve but I'm a chef. I've been a chef and restaurant manager for over 20 years. I've cooked along side and ran Iron Chef Michael Symon's restaurant for 3 years. I also grew up in an Italian household. Party cut pizza is a joke and should be cut traditional unless specified but it wouldn't have mattered in my case the dough never would have held up or been cooked with the mountain of toppings. I don't know if it's a Midwest thing but flavors should be balanced and there is a point where more isn't better and flavors run together. After our food was dropped off we didn't really see our server much she was nice but not attentive and for a minute we were the only table there was only 1 other table when we got there. She comes over my food is in the center of the table hardly touched and asked how was everything instead of what's wrong and then proceeded to ask if I wanted a box and the second clue is when I quickly said No while shaking my head. I asked for the check because I don't look for anything free and it took 15 minutes because apparently the dasher orders are more important than the guest sitting in the building. If I didn't know better I'd think there was only one person working but that's not the case. Now, nicely enough they did take 20 off the bill because I sent my wife to pay and she said something even though that's not my thing because I know the business and I just don't but the lady said I would have remade the pizza but I wouldn't have wanted the pizza because even if it were done it wouldn't have tasted any better. It's hard to disappoint me with food. I would eat a rat burger if it tasted good I mean that very literally I've tried everything from turtle to horse snake and everything between. I've had better pizza from cheap places which I won't name because this isn't that but they have 5 dollar ready pizzas. We wanted to like it but honestly my wife's
" Italian " beef wasn't an Italian beef and she also grew up in an Italian household her family owned an Italian restaurant for many many years. I'm not saying they're claiming to be Italian and I hope they aren't but there should be some resemblance somewhere and even if you used canned tomatoes at least attempt to get some seasonings to throw in there besides dry Italian seasoning blend. That was our 1st and last time trying Arts. So much potential, just falls short.

I go here on Tuesday nights for the buffet, which is very busy. I believe they also have weekday lunch buffet, but haven't tried that. Good fresh salad bar. Love the spaghetti and large meatballs as well as the soft garlic bread with melted cheese. They put about 5 varieties of pizza out, and keep them coming. Also have a great dessert pizza. Drink is included and they have good iced tea. Service top notch as well.

We order pizza whenever we travel, on our over night visit we orderd Arts pizza. We both are picky about pizza but Arts was spot on, stacked toppings, right amount of cheese lightly browned. We will definitely order Arts again on our next visit. My only issue was if you call in order for delivery its card only, this is awkward because giving card number over phone not a good idea. But I was referred to online ordering and everything was great!

The Italian beef sandwiches are the best ever! I cannot recommend them anymore than I do. Fantastic. I live 2 hours south of here and that's the only thing I'll drive for.
