It is a good place to have dinner. A 10" pizza is good enough for two people, or one if you are really starving. It is a good place to have dinner. A 10" pizza is good enough for two people, or one if you are really starving. You can't go wrong with their classic pepperoni, but they also have some interesting specialty options. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, making it perfect for a low-key night out. Plus, the prices are super reasonable, so you can indulge without breaking the bank.

I rate it 3 stars mainly for the poor customer service. I called to place the order, and I had to repeat my name literally a million times, just for the employee to say: "I'll just put it under your last name." 😐😒
I had called back to add a salad on to the order, and the customer service was even worse. the female on the phone this time sounded like a different employee, and they laughed on the phone sarcastically after I said I'd just use one packet for the salad, as I didn't want to pay extra - and she rudely hung up without saying bye.
the cheese on the pizza I thought was too thick, and didn't think the flavor overall was that great either.
on the plus side, however: the salad was good. 👍
I highly doubt I'll be returning here after this poor experience (my second time ever there).

My husband and I just called to order a pizza. The website says the facility closes at 10. A young woman answered the phone and I asked if I could place an order for pickup. She replied in a passive aggressive tone “uh can you be here by ten?”. It was 9:10pm at the time I called. I said “yes we can” and asked to order an extra large Philly cheese stake pizza. I asked if they still had the Wednesday special deal and the woman was once again passive aggressive and short with me and said “yeah we do”. I felt really uncomfortable at this point because it was very clear to me that this woman did not want to work or put in the effort required to serve me. I said “I think we are actually going to pass, you guys have a good night.” I work as a server in a restaurant, so I understand the feeling you get when it’s close to close and someone comes in, but we called 50 minutes before close to order and we always tip 20% even on our carry out orders. My husband and I were out of town all day and were really looking forward to ending the night with our usual order from Arts. We live 5 minutes away but will probably not return to this location. I know its tough when the shifts almost over, but you’ve got to keep it together and remember that you choose to work in customer service and it’s your job to serve the customer.

Indiana Convention of States wanted to support a local business for our annual State Planning Meeting. We ordered pizza, breadsticks, and salad from Art’s and it was an excellent experience! The food was absolutely fantastic and everyone thought it was delicious! Art’s was professional when setting up the order (Ryan was awesome!), on time with delivery, and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. I definitely recommend Art’s and we will be ordering from them again next year for our next meeting!
