I instantly felt comfortable with the receptionist all the way to the Dr. Very helpful and considerate with budget planning and my full dental plan. I’ve been coming to Anderson Family Dental for many years now, and I truly cannot recommend them enough. Dr. Ratcliff is amazing, and his new partner, Dr. Kaur, is equally phenomenal. Every single member of the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and cared for.
They are always prompt, professional, affordable, and incredibly accommodating. Over the years, they have worked with me through so much, and that level of care and consistency is hard to find. Even after moving farther away, I still make the drive because they are absolutely worth it.
If they are accepting new patients, definitely book with them, you will be in great hands!

The staff are so nice. They make you feel welcome. And the pricing is better then a lot of other places I've been. It's also nice they do everything in the one office. Root canals, crowns, teeth cleaning, cavity fillings. ECT....

This dentistry is responsive, accessible, and responsive, From accommodating appointment time, to offering notifications, the office staff show interest In patients and their personal needs. Wait times, before seeing Dr Radcliffe, are brief.
My dental issues and problems are confidently and competently dealt with. Dr Ratliff has created a dental team that makes me an interdependent part. They are transparent in their work, communicate every facet of my treatment, and answer every question. They counsel me on all options.
Most of all, Dr Radcliffe has been a model for his staff to know and understand me as a patient. There is no sense of “robotic” interaction as in many medical offices. Genuine care from genuine professionals.

My family and I have been patients at Anderson Family Dental for over 10 years, which makes it especially disappointing to leave this review. Unfortunately, the quality of care and overall patient experience has declined significantly over the past few years.
During a recent cleaning, I had X-rays taken and was told that I had no cavities. About a month later, I began experiencing tooth pain. Because the office was unable to schedule me promptly, I sought care from another dentist. After taking new X-rays, they found four deep cavities that, in their opinion, would not have developed in such a short period of time. This left me questioning the thoroughness of my previous examination.
In addition to my concerns about the dental care, I have found the office staff to be consistently rude and disrespectful, which only added to my disappointment.
After many years as a loyal patient, I can no longer recommend this practice based on my experience. I hope they take patient feedback seriously and make improvements to both the quality of care and customer service.
