Our a/c went out on a Friday late afternoon during the heat wave. We suffered through the weekend then called Alpha Air based on their good reviews and the fact that they were local. Brad came within two hours, was courteous and professional, diagnosed the faulty part and replaced it immediately. We have "regained our cool." The cost was reasonable. I asked about the one negative reviewer. It turns out he has reposted that review each year for the last five, sometimes under a different name. It was a job in a distant city done as a favor to a friend. The 3-year-old warranty couldn't be honored because the customer had brought someone else in to work on it in the meantime. Brad is a stand-up guy and I trust him. Call on him and I am confident you will be pleased.

Our AC was pumping out hot air. We gave Brad from Alpha Air a call and he was able to get us on the schedule ASAP and showed up the next day. Not only was Brad punctual but his level of professionalism exceeded our expectations. He walked us though the possible issue(s) and was able to resolve them same day. Thanks to Alpha Air we now have a cool house on hot summer days.

I paid to have new AC and an air handler installed by alpha air. It never functioned properly and cant keep my house cool when its over 90 degrees. After calling the owner and explaining the situation I was informed he didn't have time to make it right and fix it. Good Luck if you're dumb enough to use Alpha Air. Warranty is worthless
I did not wait 4 years to contact you. I originally contacted you a few days after the original installation to express concern about the system short cycling on an 80 degree day. You informed me the system would be efficient even though it ran frequently. I struggled through the rest of the summer changing return filters and rinsing the condenser coil monthly. 12 months after the original installation I contacted you again to express concern that the system seemed to be performing even worse and that I was sure there was a problem. I made several attempts to contact you and left several messages with no response. I did indeed have a certified hvac technician look at the equipment that you are referring to as my "friend". He informed me the system was a little low on freon but I needed to contact you regarding a possible warranty claim. Finally, after calling you and leaving a message that got your attention I got a return phone call. Nobody was hateful or threatening and the last thing I wanted to do was give you a reason to flake out on me but you did anyway. The fact is I attempted to maintain a relationship with you only because I cannot find anyone else to do warranty work on equipment they didn't install and rightfully so. I left a previous review with the same information a few years ago but it disappeared with all the rest of the reviews. That's why all of the current reviews for Alpha Air have been made within the last 30 days. The system installed never functioned properly from day one and still doesn't to this day.

Brad is amazing. Not only is he a skilled contractor, he shows up on time, his pricing is reasonable and i trust him. He installed our HVAC units approx 5 years ago and does annual preventative maintenace service visits for me.
Highly recommend alpha air llc.

We had some issues with our AC this summer. I contacted Brad at Alpha Air after business hours and he was at our house first thing the next morning. Got the issue fixed quickly and for a very fair price!
