I recently purchased a home that was built in 1970. Last weekend I had a main sewer line issue. Shane from ACME arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and had a solution. I would recommend and use ACME Plumbing again for my plumbing needs.

Great experience all around. From my initial phone call to talk about our plumbing issues and the services that they offered to the service tech, Scott, who was on time, pleasant and got to work making sure we were all good even though he was doing it out in the rain. I really appreciate the fact that this company is a one stop shop for septic tank draining and drain blockage clearing. Best part really was the fact that they listened to what are issue was, made the most sensible recommendation, explained exactly what to expect, and didn't try to up-sale or add additional services that really weren't needed. I will continue to rely on Acme for future plumbing needs.

Amazing Service! Our Septic tank needed emptied today, and when on the phone the lady on the other end was very sweet and patient. Especially since I struggle with anxiety, even more so over the phone, it really helped!
Our technician Shane was also wonderful! Extremely kind and friendly, he gave helpful information and advice, and truly cares about you and what works in your budget. I’ve truly never have experienced such outstanding kind service, 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely be reaching out again in the future!

I used ACME for a septic inspection prior to purchasing a home. I was given a quote for ~13k to fix a handful of issues and was told that once that work was completed the system would be good for another 30 years.
During the inspection I received horrible quality photos (see attached picture) and an incorrect tank size even though the take size is clear as day on the concrete lid (another company pointed this out to me). I am planing to add an additional bathroom so the size of the tank was important.
I ended up purchasing the home and had other companies come out to give estimates as well. I was shocked to learn that both of those companies said I would need a NEW septic tank and that this was falling apart. BOTH of these companies were able to stick the probe through the top of the tank because it was in such a state of disrepair.
I reached out to the inspector (that I paid $795.00), and was told that these companies were wrong, and that they "always quote a new system". I'm now looking at a 30k quote.
