Great experience all around. From my initial phone call to talk about our plumbing issues and the services that they offered to the service tech, Scott, who was on time, pleasant and got to work making sure we were all good even though he was doing it out in the rain. I really appreciate the fact that this company is a one stop shop for septic tank draining and drain blockage clearing. Best part really was the fact that they listened to what are issue was, made the most sensible recommendation, explained exactly what to expect, and didn't try to up-sale or add additional services that really weren't needed. I will continue to rely on Acme for future plumbing needs.

I recently purchased a home that was built in 1970. Last weekend I had a main sewer line issue. Shane from ACME arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and had a solution. I would recommend and use ACME Plumbing again for my plumbing needs.

Amazing Service! Our Septic tank needed emptied today, and when on the phone the lady on the other end was very sweet and patient. Especially since I struggle with anxiety, even more so over the phone, it really helped!
Our technician Shane was also wonderful! Extremely kind and friendly, he gave helpful information and advice, and truly cares about you and what works in your budget. I’ve truly never have experienced such outstanding kind service, 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely be reaching out again in the future!

Stay far away! Tried to get me to sign for authorization of work when I was just getting a quote. It was a several thousand dollar job so I got 4 bids. Made it clear with every point of contact it was just a quote. All said that was fine.
After the Technicians came out and inspected the line they came up with a tablet and said the cost. I said thanks and can I get that emailed to me. They said "yes, just sign here". It was fine print that said it was authorization to start work buried in legal jargan. I asked if this was to start work and that I just wanted a quote. Tech said he clicked the wrong button and would have it emailed to me. Never heard from them again.
Not interested in trying to push shady sales tactics. This was way past assumptive closing and straight to lying. I'm glad I avoided this legal mess it would have been. If you have to use this company start with phoning your lawyer.

I have a friend in Indy who used the Acme Plumbing company to fix two toilets. They put a new toilet kit in each toilet and were done in under an hour. The company charged this old lady more than $1,000 dollars. I looked up toilet kits at Amazon. The most expensive one at the time of this writing (03-2025) was $30. So, if the company put two $30 toilet kits in the toilet tanks, with $100 for the service call and say even if Acme charged $200 for being in her house for under one hour, that would be $460. The company also did not give her an itemized bill. I called the company because the woman is elderly and alone. The representative said, "She could have refused the service." They didn't tell her the price until they were done. I asked the representative why my friend didn't get an itemized bill. The representative said, "We don't do itemized bills." Wow - that relieves the company of any obligation or accountability of its work. My friend is a little slow, and she may have early stages of dementia. So, this company decided she would be the perfect person to take advantage of. Think about it - more than $1,000 for installing two toilet kits ... taking advantage of an elderly woman because they could. I'm laying out the facts. You decide if this company is honest. Extra note: I contacted a plumbing company in Indianapolis. I asked the cost (I did not explain the situation). I was told that it could cost between $300 to $600 to install toilet kits in two bathroom toilets.
