We recently bought our house a couple years ago and it came with a crappy heat pump. We called and made an appointment for a quote and the customer service was top-notch, the technician that came out was very knowledgeable and nice and the whole experience was just great. They came out and replaced our heat pump and the air handler and fixed some of our ductwork issue. Unfortunately the heat pump was defective so luckily under warranty they were able to get it replaced at no cost to us because of warranty and installed it a few days later. All of this happened in the winter storm in January. They kept us up to date and was very thorough and I am super happy with the experience we had. They stayed around to make sure everything was working properly and the way it should and even fixed the wiring in our thermostat because apparently it was wired wrong. I am extremely happy With this company and everyone that we had dealt with. I will be recommending absolute comfort to everyone I know. And I am so happy that we chose them for our HVAC needs.

Josh and Aaron just left my house. Complete installation of a new 2.5 ton Mitsubishi H2I heat pump in about 1 working day. These guys are consummate professionals.
They found and fixed a pre-installation refrigerant leak in the copper line set behind my living room wall, leaving only a small drywall spot to patch.
This is the second H2I heat pump I've watched Absolute Comfort install. The other was at my Indianapolis church, and it went as well as today's home system install did. Owner Chris Wedekind provided us tight bids in both cases that made approving these installations easy.
I'll admit I was originally skeptical of Mitsubishi's cold temp claims about these new H2I systems, but I can confirm that our church's building was comfortable at 5 degrees above zero without resistive back up heat.
I know this because the back up heat's circuit breakers had been switched off to test the system's cold temp capability.

My furnace went out on what seemed to be the coldest day of the year. From my first contact with Susan to the servicemen Dustin and Larry, they were professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I have used them for the past 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Keep up the wonderful work!
