He attended every meeting, inspection, and walk throughs I had. He asked questions, and brought up points I did not think of. He even participated in my color selections offering advice, while not being overbearing. He advised me on what to upgrade that would be valuable for resale and steered me away from things that would not gain any value. He helped me negotiate some issues with the builder that came up, and was very successful at satisfying me with the compromises. He was always organized and honest. I felt like I had someone on my side with a lot of knowledge. He genuinely cared about my experience. I now have a very well built home with amenities that I feel were worth every penny! Highly recommend!!

Sky is the best. He is kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and he goes above and beyond. Sky even saved my son’s stuffed Mickey Mouse after my son threw Mickey over the banister and down into a ravine. We would not have found our beautiful new home had it not been for Sky!
