Been renting from Ladig Realty for a year now. Easy process to get moved in and they were understanding of my situation instead of just flat out declining my application. They leave us be for the most part, which I greatly appreciate. We follow their expectations and they also are timely with maintenance requests. It has been a good experience.

I rented from Ladig Properties for over 8 years. They are friendly, communicative, professional, and very responsive and timely in addressing a concern if something should happen at the property (water heater failed and was fixed the next day). Highly recommend anyone looking to lease in Hamilton County to make this your first choice.

Renting from Ladig Realty has been a comforting experience. The team is very attentive to the tenants and swiftly responds when there are questions or maintenance requests.
