I arrived at this location at 1:10 pm on Tuesday. The store states that it's open from 5 am- 6 pm. The store was closed. I've wasted my gas and my time and my first impression on this business. This will not be a place that I will try to guess when they will be open to my business in the future. Honor your online schedule or maybe change it to not upset possible reviews like this.

Just stopped in on a whim on the way through Indiana. Glad I did. The donuts were fantastic. Had a yeast tail and a salted caramel cake donut. Both were delicious and very filling. The yeast tail was so fluffy. Each donut was pretty big. Great service. Wish I could have these more often. Will stop by on my way back through.

Delicious caramel latte even though the server had some operating difficulties....I really appreciate the extra service! And the chocolate donut topped the coffee off perfectly! Wish you were in Michigan!

Finally an old school donut shop that bakes donuts how they're supposed to be baked. A lost art for sure. All these chains coming out but not an ounce of talent or taste. This is a top end establishment to say the least. Great selection and great taste. Highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😋

So, we forgot a major event that we typically do within the community and I needed to order 44 dozen donuts for the next day. While this store was not able to accommodate my entire order, they did offer to fill as much of it as they could. So, between this store and the one in New Castle I was able to fill 30 of the 44 I needed. The woman I spoke to was was absolutely lovely I would give them even more stars if I could! Based on my experience between the 2 stores I worked with during all this I would have to believe that Jack's does an amazing job with their customer service (and obviously donuts or I wouldn't have been trying to order so many).
