My system wasn't working right and Roy, himself, showed up to assist. He was open and honest and showed me pictures of the shoddy job the person who originally installed it did. Things were horizontal which should have been vertical. He says he hasn't seen anything like it in his 40 years of this business!!! It's a 16 year old system and it needs to be replaced, which I figured as much. He was patient and explained everything to me and to a friend who I was video chatting with. I really appreciated his help and the time he took to explain everything to me. Thank you Roy Rogers! They now have done a full system install and I am very happy with them and it. They did a fabulous job and cleaned everything up. The system is quiet!!! It's a Trane! I love it. I was walking out the door last night and started to go back in and turn it down when I remembered I could do it on the app on my phone! Yea!!!! They took the old unit out of the attic and set the new up in a closet. It fits perfectly.

We were having issues with our AC on July 1st 2026. The hottest week of the summer as of that time. I made a post on a Facebook community page, Dustin contacted me. We talked over the phone, and eventually set up an appointment for later that afternoon. Their tech Jim came out, he was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Our system was 19 years old, was leaking coolant, and we decided to replace to entire HVAC system. Dustin got us 3 proposals, and finance plans. We made our choice, and they were here the following Wednesday July 8th to install the new unit. The install crew got here and got to work very quickly. They were very friendly and did an amazing job! They walked us through the new thermostat set up, showed us the basics on the new system, and left the area clean and undisturbed looking. Our home is a nice crisp 70 degrees, and the new outdoor unit is super quiet. If you’re having issues with your HVAC, or need a new system, I would recommend Roy Rogers in a second! When they say no horsing around, they mean it! Thank you Dustin, and the entire Roy Rogers crew!

I had an AC unit stop working and originally called another HVAC company (Blands Mechanical) for a diagnosis. They told me the compressor had failed and that I was looking at a $5,000 replacement bill. Needless to say, I was pretty devastated...
Before moving forward, I decided to get a second opinion from Roy Rogers—and that turned out to be the best decision I could have made!!!!!
They responded quickly, explained the process and sent out
Cody B., and he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. Instead of needing a new compressor, the unit only required a relatively inexpensive part and was repaired for around $200.
The AC is now working perfectly, and I couldn't be more grateful. Honest companies like this are hard to find these days. Roy Rogers has earned my trust and will have all of my HVAC business moving forward. As someone who owns multiple rental properties, having a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company is invaluable.

Dustin and his team at Roy Rogers were incredibly responsive and professional in helping me resolve an air-conditioning issue on my second-floor bedroom, where my children sleep. They provided a quick fix to improve their sleep quality, and within a week, they successfully resolved the underlying issue. I felt valued as a customer, and the pricing was reasonable.
