Update, 3/6/26: Family installed a new HVAC system in our home today. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked very fast and efficiently. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience. Thank you to Mike, Dennis, Isaac, Joe, Collin, and Damon for the great experience.
2/13/26: After obtaining numerous estimates that partially met our budget and equipment needs, we reached out to Family. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood what we hoped to achieve. He presented three options in our budget that also met our comfort needs the same day in which the initial walkthrough occurred. He understood and outlined common weak points unique to our pre-war two-story home and offered clear, realistic solutions. While we haven’t yet committed to Family for our project, it’s clear they had the best options. I hope to provide an update if and when we proceed with the project in the very near future. Overall, a great first experience. (2/13/26)

A great HVAC company to work with, especially now that many small family-owned businesses have merged into larger, profit-driven companies. We started using them last year and have been very pleased with their service. Their team handles heating and air conditioning maintenance, inspections, and repairs with professionalism and honesty.
There are no exaggerated or inflated upcharges, and they never pressure you to buy unnecessary services or equipment.
Juan Hernandez is an excellent technician—knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend him and their HVAC services.

Jacob serviced our old furnace (as well as a repair to our condensate pump) and was very friendly and patient with my questions as a first time homeowner.
He was thorough on providing education on our furnace, providing quotes, and efficient in the work performed.
I felt very taken care of as a customer. We will be relying solely on Family Heating and Air Conditioning for all of our future furnace and HVAC needs in the future, as a result of how great our experience was.

Great company. I just wanted to change my old thermostat to a smart, digital one. The woman answering calls was VERY kind and so attentive. They got me in the next day and Juan, the technician, installed it for me. Great guy. Great pricing. Will be using them in the future.

Have used Family Heating and Air for some time now, they are fantastic! Collin and his team did an amazing job installing a brand new HVAC system. Can’t recommend them enough. They left my property cleaner then when they arrived. Great owner and team that truly cares and has their best interest in mind when dealing with their customers.
