Gabe was awesome! Honest and straight forward guy and did thorough troubleshooting on my system. If Gabe is a representation of Family, they seems to have the genuine care for the customers which is refreshing. I asked them for a second opinion and they did not charge for the visit either. I'm glad I gave them a call.
Update: They diagnosed my problem and help me with my options. Their sales guy (Matt I think) gave me a good quote and helped me find a deal that would work for both of us. I ended up installing a new heat pump and air handler. Dennis did a fantastic job with the installation. He allowed me to ask a million questions and walked me through everything. He knew the craft inside and out. They cleaned up very well after the job too, you'd have never known they were there expect for the professional work they left behind. So far only great things to say about my experience with Family!

Gabe recently completed my seasonal HVAC service and was professional, friendly, and thorough. It's clear that Marcus runs a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its work. He has gone above and beyond, even when didn’t have to. That kind of integrity is hard to find and is one of the many reasons I've remained a loyal customer for so many years.

TLDR; I had a really positive experience from start to finish with Family Heating & Air. They were knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, & helpful.
My initial call requesting a quote resulted in Mike appearing at my home not even 30 minutes later. He was knowledgeable & explained things in a way that was easily understandable. When I asked clarifying questions, he was very patient. After scheduling install for two days later, I was pleasantly surprised when he called to ask if they could come a day earlier due to another job being completed earlier than expected.
The next day, Damon & his crew came out promptly at 8 am as scheduled. He set proper expectations regarding the installation timeline & what to expect afterwards. Again, I was pleasantly surprised when they completed the job almost two hours earlier than anticipated.
This morning, Dennis came out to ensure everything was installed properly, tweaked a few things, clarified some questions I had & left my family with a VERY cool home.
Based on this experience, I HIGHLY recommend Family Heating & Air.

Family heating & air was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process! Nicole answered my call and helped me through scheduling the service. With it being a unique situation, she never hesitated and walked me through all the options and the best plan of action. Christian Rosario was our tech at the property and he was incredibly thorough, patient enough to answer all of my questions and super kind. I would recommend Family Heating &Air Conditioning. I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. Technician Christian Rosario came to my home at the time I had scheduled. He did an excellent job and explained the maintenance he performed and found one issue that he took care of and showed me a picture of maintenance I needed on the blower motor. Gave me an estimate and will come back to take care of it. Thank you.
