Gabe was awesome! Honest and straight forward guy and did thorough troubleshooting on my system. If Gabe is a representation of Family, they seems to have the genuine care for the customers which is refreshing. I asked them for a second opinion and they did not charge for the visit either. I'm glad I gave them a call.
Update: They diagnosed my problem and help me with my options. Their sales guy (Matt I think) gave me a good quote and helped me find a deal that would work for both of us. I ended up installing a new heat pump and air handler. Dennis did a fantastic job with the installation. He allowed me to ask a million questions and walked me through everything. He knew the craft inside and out. They cleaned up very well after the job too, you'd have never known they were there expect for the professional work they left behind. So far only great things to say about my experience with Family!

Wonderful experience with Family! We had been with another company for maintenance- and were so glad we made the change! Scheduling was easy and efficient. Jake was kind, efficient and knowledgeable for the service. He took the time to make sure our questions were answered and to provide feedback from the service. Would highly recommend!

I am so happy with the service Family Heating and Air has provided. Jacob and his partner ( I didn’t catch his name) were professional and efficient. There was an issue with my air conditioner. Jacob explained everything in detail and told me I could wait until next visit to replace the part. I truly am grateful that I found a company that truly cares about their customers. Jacob went above and beyond to ensure my system was functioning properly. He explained how I could prevent issues moving forward.
I highly recommend Family Heating and Air. They are simply the best!!

My technician today was Gabe. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He did the Spring maintenance service, and was very helpful, answering many questions I had about the thermostat, the American Standard app, and the locations of vents and returns. Gabe always remembers me, and we talked about many things, even the PGA Championship this past weekend.
I have been using Family Heating and Air for almost 15 years, and I am very satisfied with all aspects of their company, including the the scheduling department. Everyone is friendly and efficient.

Great experience. Jonathan came out to perform a diagnostic on my HVAC system. He was incredibly thorough and clearly knowledgeable.
I have used 3 other vendors in the past and I always felt like they were in a rush or quick to identify a high cost fix (and in one instance, a high cost fix that didnt actually fix anything and another that tried to sell me a new system when all that needed replaced was a fuse).
But with Jonathan I truly got the impression that MY best interest was his top priority, and not just trying to make a sale. If I need HVAC services in the future I will call Family Heating and Cooling.
