Great crew of very helpful people! Installing AC in an old house that's never had one before is not an easy task but they made it very easy and very affordable for us. They were great to work with to get financing in order and made sure to stay in contact with us once we got the ball rolling. Excellent service!

I plan to use Homesense for all my heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing services from now on. From the moment Steve walked in he showed that this company cares more about the customer than profits. The estimate was much lower than the other one I had. The help they provided when the loan system literally glitched was over the top. And the installers showed up on time and did a very professional job. I very highly recommend Homesense. They truly are kind and caring!

I really liked how communicative the HomeSense team was, from the initial text from Aiyana who was able to get me on the schedule, to the text updates, and call from our technician Maxwell letting us know he was on his way.
While here, Maxwell took his time to run a diagnostic on our system and clearly communicated what was wrong, showed us images of what was wrong, and gave us options w/estimates so we were able to decide next steps.
He was very professional and polite. He was able to help solve our problem with our AC not being as cold as we'd like, and the temp was steadily going down when he left. Woke up this morning to a cool house!
I look forward to utilizing HomeSenses services again!
