First and foremost this company is compassionate and will do their best to get to you as soon as possible. They put the furnace in ASAP due to the cold temps, and then once it warmed up the AC unit. They both run perfectly and let me tell you, we kept cool all summer and sooo cozy warm all winter.They even checked up on us afterwards to ensure that we were doing okay and running smoothly. Their installation team was great, and professional. Thank you Meldon (Melissa & DJ) Keep up the great work!

What an amazing company! Meldon HVAC was fast, efficient, and extremely fair with their pricing. Melissa was so kind and worked with me on payment and scheduling, which I truly appreciated.
The technicians, Dustyn and Sullivan, were professional, hardworking, and very kind. They completed the installation in just one day and did an excellent job. Kent came out for the estimate and was honest, fair, and gave us a great deal.
This family-owned business truly cares about its customers, and it shows in every part of the experience. Highly recommended! The best around!

Called Meldon HVAC for a last-minute no-cooling issue, and they were able to get me taken care of quickly. Avery was fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and had the system back up and running without any hassle.
Great service, especially on short notice. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Meldon again. Highly recommend.

So...
You know how you don't want your air conditioner to break during the hottest days of the year?
Well, mine decided now would be a good time to do it in the middle of the extreme heat advisory here in Indiana. Safe to say my room was inhospitable, and my misery was immense.
Enter Meldon HVAC. Called them on Monday or Tuesday, had to reschedule (issue with my side) got a guy for today, Friday, and the darn thing is up and running again. Very little hassle and no major surprises.
First thing today, there he was, all bright eyed and all smiles, neatly dressed and ready to go. On a floating holiday (day before 4th) at 8am no less. Absolute kudos.
Avery has got to be one of their best technicians. He's clean, he's incredibly friendly but not too chatty, he's respectful of your home and time and intelligence. He explained stuff I didn't know well, and got my unit back up and running very quickly.
Safe to say, their technicians are very well trained/vetted for their skills, and their etiquette and prompt service is worth every penny. Avery is an absolute beast and I wish him all the best!
