Our experience with LCS from the start to the finish was excellent.
All staff members were mindful and caring while meeting our needs as they intgrated a new AC system with our existing ductwork. They were professional, efficient, clean, and above all courteous. They took time to get to know us and our needs. They presented us with several options and provided information and space for us to make a decision. When we dropped into the shop unannounced, Travis was able to respond and provide further information as we were finalizing our decision. We highly recommended LCS and will not hesitate to ask for their services in the future.

After getting several quotes around downtown Indy area for a full furnace and AC replacement, I ended up landing on LCS for a number of reasons. Everybody was a pleasure to work with from the top down - especially appreciate O’Neil who originally came out, and then Mariano and Felipe from the install crew. Pricing to value ratio was exceptional. I will definitely be returning for future services!

Jose provided the LCS 7 STAR service today! I have been fighting humidity in the house and he listened to my concerns. Then did the scheduled maintenance and took the time to go thru the thermostat settings with me. I thought that I had been over ridding the system settings and I wasn’t. I also thought I was helping with moving the dehumidifier and was counter balancing what the system was working. Jose helped get me back on track. 👍 Very helpful. 🙌

I just had a really great experience with LCS Heating & Cooling. They replaced my older heat pump system. From O’Neil who gave me their estimate to Mike and Jair who did the installation, it could not have gone any better. Thank you, Mike, for all your tips about my new system.😊 I so appreciated their fast installation, with only a 24 hour turnaround, due to the higher temperatures and humidity we are having. Thank you very much, LCS, for a job so well done. I look forward to working with you in the future to maintain my new system. 😊

LCS always does a great job taking care of our needs! All of their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have used them for routine maintenance for years, and recently had them install a new air conditioner in a family member’s house.
We were extremely impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew, and LCS even coordinated an electrician to come and replace the old panel and meter to bring it up to snuff for the AC.
