I'm in the temperature control industry (think Johnson Controls or Honeywell) and knew I had a specific issue with my 13 yo geothermal unit that I'd resolved twice on my own before but worried would come back. Chris came out and confirmed my questions on the issue and that the system was presently working fine, but that we would have them order and replace the two parts if the issue ever arose again.
Chris was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my explanation and investigated the problem. I would definitely use them again (and will if the problem returns) as well as recommend them to anyone else.

They did a great job. They were on time...answered all our questions along the way. The took great of our home and when they left you could even tell they had been there. I would definitely recommend this company and crew!

We recently bought our house a couple years ago and it came with a crappy heat pump. We called and made an appointment for a quote and the customer service was top-notch, the technician that came out was very knowledgeable and nice and the whole experience was just great. They came out and replaced our heat pump and the air handler and fixed some of our ductwork issue. Unfortunately the heat pump was defective so luckily under warranty they were able to get it replaced at no cost to us because of warranty and installed it a few days later. All of this happened in the winter storm in January. They kept us up to date and was very thorough and I am super happy with the experience we had. They stayed around to make sure everything was working properly and the way it should and even fixed the wiring in our thermostat because apparently it was wired wrong. I am extremely happy With this company and everyone that we had dealt with. I will be recommending absolute comfort to everyone I know. And I am so happy that we chose them for our HVAC needs.

We have had an excellent experience working with this company. I work for a private school on the west side of Indianapolis, and they have assisted us multiple times with both air conditioning and heating repairs. They’ve been willing to come in after hours and accommodate last-minute service requests. Their technicians are highly knowledgeable, professional, and dependable.

Absolute Comfort, and specifically Josh Greenslade, saved me from a nervous breakdown. I'm selling my home, and my previous HVAC company folded. During the last week before closing, my buyers wanted the flame color on my furnace checked for consistency and I had no HVAC company. Well, now I do. This company made sure I had an appointment on the day after Christmas, Josh was not only on time, he was early, super nice guy, and for 2 hours +, I was charged $120. Absolute Comfort is my go-to HVAC company now. I can't recommend highly enough! UPDATE-I had to have this company out to my new house to check the heating system there. Grant was fantastic; he spent hours searching for any problems, including checking the crawl space for damaged vents. Great company!
