I called S&B after friends referred them. We needed yearly maintenance and a second opinion on a quote for costly repairs. Shane was incredibly professional and put our minds at ease that our system was just fine. He took time to explain what and why he was doing to ensure AC ran properly. And I loved that his young son Griffin helped him. He was very polite and really helped his dad clean the unit. VERY reasonably priced and showed up when he said he would. We finally found “ our guy” for heating cooling after our old guy retired. Thank you!

Shane absolutely went above and beyond and on a holiday weekend at that!!! My house was 85° and climbing. Shane came out when he said he would and took care of the problem within minutes. That's a guy who has experience and definitely knows what he's doing. House was back to cooling again!! This is a company that'll have my business for life. Honest, reliable, and very reasonably priced. It's not always about what you know, it's who you know and Shane is someone you'd be blessed to have around and on call when you need him.

Our experience was fantastic. SB was able to respond with an hour or so, and quickly diagnosed a blown capacitor and repaired our problem. Excellent experience, very fair price! I signed up for their maintenance plan because I knew we had found our new HVAC people!! So very happy with the service!!

S&B replaced our furnace. I am very happy to have found this company. Shane, the owner, is wonderful. S&B is a small family business and I know that I will get honest information from them.
The technicians that came to install were wonderful. They were very patient with my inquisitive six-year-old son and let him “help” with thermostat set up.
After install, one of the wires that speaks to our AC had vibrated away from the connection. It had worked when the Text had done the install, but then later the AC will not turn on. Shane offered to come that night after his kids were in bed to fix it. I really appreciate his dedication and honesty. We highly recommend S&B and look forward to working with them in the future.
