Shane did a great job diagnosing why our furnace wasn’t heating our home today. We ended up needing a tune up, cleaning, and a new thermostat and he was helpful and patient in helping us set that up. He’s the first HVAC person that we’ve met that did not upsell us on anything that we didn’t need and was willing to educate us on how the logistics of our gas furnace works. We really appreciate his integrity and look forward to having S&B maintain our units for us!

Shane from S & B Heating & Cooling has done a great job. He came out on Monday to see why my Furnace was leaking. He found that the its was basically quiting. It was 30 years old. By Wednesday He was able to replace everything. Shane was very nice. He explained everything to us and made sure we knew what was going on. He is definitely someone we would 💯 % recommend to day. I am posting the before and after picture of his work. He cleaned everything up before he left.

This company is nothing short of Amazing. I called them over to help with some ductwork in the attic and a whole house humidifier that was not functioning very well
Thankfully The owner Shane Showed me on a live video feed my heat exchanger that have large rust spots on it.
This would in itself cause a crack in the heat exchange, and my family might not have woken up the next day due to carbon monoxide leaking into the house.
Very thankful for them and now I have a much more Efficient 2 stage furnace.
They are very timely and professional… Can’t say enough.

Shane goes above and beyond! Not only did we get a great price and great equipment. Shane came out and provided a modification to our system at our request and didn't charge us! Definitely recommend S&B heating and cooling if you want quality work and affordability!

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year, and Shane was able to come same day to see what was the issue. He even came back later in the evening to ensure we had a temporary heating solution until he could install our new furnace. He was very polite, knowledgeable and timely in communication. The install process was quick and easy, and he even gave feedback on how to best maintain the unit and our other HVAC equipment. Thank you so much Shane!
