After a frightening night with no heat, in 4 degree cold weather I was given this company a firm recommendation. Shane answered the call in a pleasant and reassuring voice. He was extremely prompt to arrive at my home. He was courteous and friendly, I felt safe having him in my home. He was very respectful of my home while here. He kept me informed of his findings and the costs. He stayed to assure that heat was maintained after he finished. The cost was far lower than I had feared. I trust this man and his company and will be a forever grateful supporter of his company

Our experience with Shane was great! He was super responsive when scheduling an appointment and made the entire process super easy. He was super thorough when taking a look at our unit and went above and beyond to make sure we understood what he was looking at. We had an excellent experience with Shane and couldn’t be more impressed. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
He installed and new HVAC system for us and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. He was respectful of our home, cleaned up after himself, and clearly takes pride in his work.
It’s hard to find technicians who are this honest, skilled, and customer-focused. We will absolutely use him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

Shane did a second opinion on our furnace. He was honest and took the time to show and explain everything to me. I feel relieved to have found this company! It’s nice to have someone you can trust and we will be switching our yearly maintenance to S&B!
