Bradley was awesome. He kept us in the know for everything that was going on. I think that he was very truthful. We like that he was nice and knew how to talk to people in a very understanding manner. Nick wasn't able to do what we needed because we already had a new water heater. We needed water removal. Nick was very understanding about the miscommunication about the water needing removal. Nick was also awesome and kind about everything. He did recommend another company.

Basset is amazing! Technicians Nick and Gordon were great and very knowledgeable! I appreciate their attention to detail and taking the time to explain my options to me for water heaters. Tony performed a thorough maintenance on the furnace. Professional, courteous , and respectful of his surroundings. He gave me information and options for some additional services. I can now make an informed decision based on his expertise. Felt good about service received.
