Kenneth was great! He took his time to point out and clearly explain the issues I was having with the generator. I asked him to perform annual maintenance and again he showed me what was needed and the before and afters. He was friendly, clearly knowledgeable and will definitely call and ask for Ken again if I have any future issues.

I’d put 10 stars if I could. Robert worked his tail off to restore the power in our house after storm damage. He worked for over 10 hours to make sure it was right and cleared inspection. He was amazing, not to mention very personable.
