Matt (owner) was responsive and came out to look at project within a few days of contact. He was more than happy to work around my schedule. Provided an estimate same day and there was no pressure on using his company. Gave me time to consider the install and get other estimates. More than fair cost in comparison to competition.
On day of install, his crew was here on time and were polite. The two gentlemen worked quick and got the job done in a few hours. EV charger functioned great.
It should be noted, another company I spoke with wanted to up charge me over $300 due to wiring gauge increase for a charger rated at a different amperage. Matt said the heavier gauge should be used on either. This allowed me to go with a more robust service that wouldn't lead to costly updates down the line if I had wanted to upgrade to a higher amperage charger. In the end, I was able to get the better option because Matt came in at a price that allowed me to get it done now!

I’ve been working with Matt at Belcher Electric for about 6 years. Matt is very communicative with up front and affordable pricing. Couldn’t have found a better electrician for the jobs I am not comfortable doing! His employees are knowledgeable and respectful and a pleasure to work with and talk to. Great customer service from a “hometown” company who cares about the services provided.

Matt and crew were excellent, he came out and surveyed and quoted the job. The electricians arrived promptly at 8 and got right to work and keep us informed as the job progressed. I’m looking forward to having back for additional upgrades to our home.

They not only helped me by installing an appliance they don’t often do and making sure my electrical system was sufficient for the appliance but was able to squeeze my job in same day. They completed the job in 30 minutes. They are knowledgeable and friendly people.

I submitted an online request after hours, and first thing the next morning they called to say they had a crew that could come right over. The crew identified my issues quickly and were very professional. Belcher will now be my go-to for electrical needs.
