It was great,as soon as u walked in very out going kind and all of them had smiles on their face and friendly they were very kind and caring they were all about r grandson which was awesome. Can't wait to continue the treatment for r grandson. Definitely worst the three hrs drive.thank u all for the kindness and caring to r special needs child. they made it easy for us as parents to be able to relaxed and take in this appointment and talked about the treatment plan..and they were great with r grandson . They have lots of patience with the kids.we really appreciate them all for what they do.thank u. grandma Tammy and family. From Evansville Indiana.

The whole team is Amazing they are so kind, patient and wonderful. Carolina was the Best Ever, she explain everything for us and she is so sweet, respectful and professional.

We are so satisfied with how every appointment has gone. Each one has been quick, smooth, and Dr Matt has made my sons all so comfortable. I have 3 VERY different children so this isn't an easy job! From the more sensitive one to the one who wants to know each and every tool/step. It has been nothing but an exceptional experience!

I have had multiple issues with this location. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt however, I should have paid attention to the red flags. First issue we had was about a year ago when our son was scheduled at their Lawrence location instead of their Fishers location. I overlooked that as just a mistake on the schedulers part. And they were able to see my son that day in Fishers, so I brushed that off. A couple months later, I was trying to schedule my daughter was told by one staff member that the Fishers location was closing soon - which was misinformation. 6 months after that I received a bill for my daughter dated for Oct 2021, her birthday is Nov 2021. When I called to tell them they billed me for a date that my daughter wasn't born they argued with me about removing the service. This most recent issue happened today. We scheduled my daughters cleaning 6 months prior for this morning at 8:30am. I arrived to the office at 8:22am and the doors were locked. No big deal, I thought- we'll sit in the car to wait for them unlock the doors. Decided to google the hours to make sure they were opening soon only to find out that they are now closed on Mondays. Why in the world would they allow us to schedule an appt for a day they are closed? And if they changed their hours, why were we not notified? It feels like there is a huge disconnect with what's happening in the office and how patients and their families are notified. Finding alternate care for my children. I wouldn't recommend Dr. J's.
