Everyone from reception to the Dr were very kind. The Dental assistant (hygienist) was very knowledgeable about my meds causing potential issues with my teeth. BUT, unlike EVERY other dentist I have been to, didn't shame me about things I can't control and call me a "lazy brusher". I was shown both pictures and xrays of teeth in need of work. The price quoted for the work is VERY reasonable!! The Dr has also done a very nice job on my son's tooth damage from his braces being on too long!! Would highly recommend this office!!

As someone with extreme dental anxiety, going to the dentist is never easy for me. The hygienist, Rhoda, and Dr. Arsenault were very understanding and accommodating, which made the entire experience much more comfortable than I anticipated. I highly recommend this practice!

Amazing dental experience. Dr Ray and team are very friendly and thorough! They were the first practice in my experience to notice minor chips on my teeth and recommend Invisalign to save my teeth from further damage. Highly recommend!

First time at this office and it was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. The opposite was super clean. And the dentist and his assistant were the best I've ever talked to! Totally listened and understood what I was telling them.

I can’t say enough good things about Prairie Lakes Dental Care! I’ve always been extremely anxious about going to the dentist, but from the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and at ease. Everyone on the staff was so kind, welcoming, and patient with me. They really took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I understood every step of the process. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. I’m so thankful to have found a dental office where I feel safe and cared for. I immediately signed my kids up for appointments as well, I trust them completely to take care of my family.
