Dr Ratcliff and his team were nothing but extraordinary. I haven't been to a dentist in 7 years and was very anxious to call. From the consultation over the phone to the quick check in and in person consultation; everything was smooth and comforting. I have a few appointments coming up and despite the reason for visit, I'm glad to go back and see this wonderful team. If you are someone who struggles with "white coat syndrome" or general anxiety from the dentist, go with these wonderful people. You feel seen, heard, and valued. Thank you Dr. Ratcliff and team.

Dr. Carrie Runyon and her assistant were exceptional from start to finish as are the office staff. Very professional, polite, and friendly. Dr. Runyon is very skilled as is Dr. Ratcliff. I chose to have my dental work done there because of the caring treatment my wife received during previous visits. The treatment rooms are bright and up to date. Also, because I was experiencing disconfort they worked me in the same day I called.

Friendly employees from the front desk til I left. Excellent chairside manor from assistant to doctor. Very gentle and no problems from my tooth being pulled. Thank you for such good care.

This was my 2nd visit to Anderson Family Dental, my previous dentist retired. I'm very pleased with the overall visit. The hygienist I had both for both visits is outstanding! I've recommended them several times, even just after the 1st visit and will continue to do so.
