We have gone to Dr. Moore/Berry for years, but after our recent experience, we will never return.
My wife recently went in for a routine checkup and was told by the hygienist that she had a loose filling. My wife already suspected this because she had been feeling it while flossing, so she knew exactly which tooth was causing the issue.
When she returned to have it repaired, Dr. Moore began working on the opposite side of her mouth. My wife stopped him and explained that it was the wrong tooth, but he insisted the chart was correct. Unfortunately, she trusted his judgment and allowed him to continue.
Less than a week later, the actual loose filling — the one she originally pointed out — fell out completely.
We scheduled another appointment, requiring my wife to take additional time off work. Before the appointment, she confirmed with the office staff that we would not be charged since this appeared to be an error, and they agreed.
However, when Dr. Moore entered the room, he immediately became defensive and insisted he had not worked on the wrong tooth. My wife no longer felt comfortable letting him treat her and decided to leave.
I later spoke with Dr. Moore directly, and instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding, he accused my wife of lying about the interaction and made her feel like she was the problem.
Patients deserve to be listened to and treated with respect. We are now left trying to find a new dentist while dealing with a tooth that still needs repair.
I would not recommend this office based on our experience.

I have been terrified of the dentist for years, and Moore-Berry Dentistry was the first dentist to get me through the door in over 20 years. I wanted veneers for a better smile and they did not disappoint. They understood how worried I was about even walking in for the consultation, and now they have a life long patient. Everyone was amazing, my teeth look awesome, and I even scheduled a cleaning after they completed all the work. If you are scared of the dentist, you won't be after you go see them. I scheduled an appointment for last August. I got a notice that I missed my appointment. I called and said I have the appointment down for tomorrow, I had it on my personal calendar, work calendar, and had to ask my Supervisor for the time during a work day to go. The office was convinced they had the right day and I was the one on the wrong. They said the dentist couldn't see me at the scheduled time I had down. Then the $25 bill with the no show fee started coming, over and over. I tried paying several times through several different online links they sent and they didn't work. I tried to reply to the messages saying the payments didn't work. Relentless about this $25 "no show" fee. I finally called today to just pay by phone, which I avoided since I have been so upset about feeling harassed over this fee that I don't believe I owed and that I had tried to pay online numerous times! Texts, calls, then a paper letter came threatening collections. It is paid, but she states they sent the $25 to collections?!? I tried paying online numerous times. Today she even admitted their online payment system had been "down for awhile" and she apologizes? A bit late since you are sending patients to collections for a supposed "no show" fee. Why did they keep sending me online payment links to a broken system??
Loved both dentists, but nothing is worth going through their scheduling/billing process.

Cannot recommend Dr Berry and staff enough. Our son had a dental emergency and we called three other places that wouldn’t see him before reaching Moore Berry Dentistry. Without hesitation they asked how soon we could arrive. Dr Berry was kind, informative and caring. We have seen him twice now and both times he and the office staff have exceeded all expectations. The office staff is so welcoming and friendly. I won’t be taking my family anywhere else but here.

I received the BEST dental care from Josh Berry and his team! They provided me with all of the options for my " problem tooth" and followed plan of treatment agreed upon respectfully. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about my entire experience. I will return and bring all of my people with me 😊
