The staff at Fall Creek Dentistry are just truly kind, good people. They care about you, and your schedule and your kids and truly work to try and fit you in the quickest appointments they can. I have been very pleased with everyone there.

I absolutely detest this place. Had to come back on 2 separate occasions in the span of 3 months to get my gums cleaned. They wouldn’t let me proceed with a regular teeth cleaning. The hygienist was so aggressive that she wouldn’t let me just do a regular cleaning. I had to pay $500 out of pocket, that’s AFTER I was already at my first appointment. After complaining to the front desk about this, I was given an attitude about how they were short staffed (fine). My insurance paid $500 and months later I get another bill saying I owed another $500. So 2k for gum cleaning that I never wanted!!!!!! I just wanted a routine teeth cleaning. They are absolute crooks here and I absolutely do not recommend coming here when there are so many honest dental places that could use the business.

Half of an 11 year old crown fell off. I didn’t realize it until flossing before bed that evening. I called Fall Creek Dentistry at 8:30 AM the next morning and had a new crown (perfectly made) in place by 11:45 AM. Such super good support and service and technology is amazing. Dr. Angela Greenaway is the MOST BESTEST DENTIST! Plus her staff who did most of the work is personally trained by Dr. Greenaway and many have been with her for decades.

I can't speak highly enough about the incredible staff and the overall experience. What started as a solo visit has now turned into a family affair—our entire family now trusts and enjoys seeing them for all our dental needs.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and have always been satisfied with every visit. They have a super friendly staff that excel at their jobs. And after an appointment I go next door to El Lago and get a beer and a burrito to celebrate no cavities!
