Not technically 24/7 as they close at midnight, but very convenient regardless as they're still open later than most other offices.
After getting an emergency tooth extraction for a foul-tasting molar, I actually just started coming here for my regular dental work. The dentists rotate shifts, so while the receptionists are accommodating if you ask for a specific dentist, they might not have availability. But so far, every dentist, technician and receptionist I've seen has been kind and attentive (if sometimes a bit brisk—which is understandable, given the nature of the work they do, lol) so in my experience, you're likely to be in good hands regardless of who you see.
For that emergency extraction, I did have some issues getting pain medication; the prescription didn't go through, and the clinic closed early that evening for some reason, so I couldn't get ahold of anyone to rectify the issue. After the anesthetic wore off I had to endure the pain until the next day, and call back when they opened at 8am to get the scrip sent through properly. ): But after that it was smooth sailing, and everything healed up fine, so I decided to keep coming back.
More recently, I got a deep cleaning done and a few fillings in my front teeth, which was nerve-wracking to say the least. I was anxious about my fillings being visible, but the dental technician Kayla was very attentive, and looked at my x-rays with me and answered my questions about the procedure to assure me everything would be fine. :)
I spent the most time with Kayla waiting for the topical numbing agent and anesthetic to kick in, and she was absolutely delightful company, and she and Dr. Nassimi have wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Nassimi made quick work of cleaning my teeth and clearing out my cavities, and was efficient, attentive, and communicative throughout, responsive to my pain and discomfort and accommodating of my needs. 💖
Another dental technician came in afterward to do my fillings, and she did an AMAZING job. Cody was very conscientious about color matching my fillings and ensuring they blended in with the surrounding tooth, for which I was immensely grateful. Looking at them now, I can barely even make them out in the mirror! >:O The ones in the back have a slight distinguishable texture difference from the former enamel, but the shape is perfect. I was wringing my hands over this because I was worried they'd look awful, but now I'm just relieved. Cody u are an artist!! ✨️
So basically the only problems I've ever had with 24/7 Dental were logistical (prescription issues, unexpected closure, during my recent visit there seemed to be some minor equipment hiccups? also I wanted to keep my molar but the dentist wouldn't let me 😤) but the personnel have always been personable, and more importantly they're good at what they do!
And maybe this is a liability thing as an emergency clinic, but I also really like that so far, they always call me to see how I'm doing the day after I have work done, which is really nice. ☺️✨️

I had an abscessed tooth and couldn’t get in to see my regular dentist until later in the week. The team here took really great care of me. The staff was super friendly, the wait time was short, and everything was handled very professionally. I really appreciated how easy and stress-free they made an urgent situation.

I’m extremely pleased with the care I received at this dental clinic. The team is attentive, courteous, and highly professional. The dentist made sure I understood my treatment options and felt comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic maintains excellent hygiene standards and uses modern equipment. It’s reassuring to find a place that truly prioritizes patient comfort and quality care.

Had an appointment with Dr. Shirley to have 2 teeth pulled. I was very anxious because of horrible experiences at past dentists. The entire staff at 24/7 was so kind and did everything they could to make me more comfortable. Dr. Shirley gave me the numbing shot then left for it to take effect, came back in a little later and was positioning himself above me, had my mouth open so he could see better. While I thought he was still positioning he said "all done"!!! I didn't even realize he had actually taken either of them out! They had me wait to make sure everything was going well and no excessive bleeding, and also gave me some extra gauze and my instructions for the next few days. They also called the following day to be sure everything was okay and if I had any questions. I only had a few occasional small pain twinges, nothing at all like I had been terrified of, and have been healing quite well. I highly reccomend 24/7 and plan on using them for all my dental needs in the future.

Rating this as we are still sitting in the waiting in the waiting room, 5 hrs after arriving. Still no treatment. Definitely not emergency friendly, a small son has been sitting here in excruciating pain for hours. Drove straight here as fast as I could, hoping to get him care ASAP. Have already watched 3 different people walk out a d one ask to reschedule. Would give it negative 5 stars if I could.
