Cracked a tooth two days ago. Called and they got me in the next day. Super duper duper friendly staff!! They were all so nice. I’m 45 and was getting a tooth extracted, simple, quick and easy. They were all so professional and I can’t say I love going to the dentist, but they made it very easy for me! In and out, with nothing but smiling faces coming and going! (Well not MY face going because it was numb!!) Keep up the great work!

I should have followed my gut and stayed away from this dental practice. When I initially called to schedule an appointment, the woman who answered the phone vehemently denied they accepted my insurance - which they did - and promised to call me back - which she didn't - so I called again. Low and behold, they accept my insurance! Finally was able to get an appointment and started attending for much needed dental work. They were so overbooked that I could not return on the schedule the dental hygeniest wanted (more frequent than was possible). The dental hygeniest was awesome, the staff is friendly, but then I moved out of the area (40+ miles away) and cancelled my appointments. The office staff informed me I had a credit balance. That was more than a month ago and I still don't have a refund or even a statement. I also never saw Dr. Southard at any time during my muiltiple visits. Apparently I wasn't important enough of a patient to warrent any attention from her. I would not recommend this dental practice.

I recently had an appointment at Pendleton Family Dentistry Office, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease.
The receptionists greeted me with warm smiles and efficiently handled the check-in process. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding my insurance and treatment options with patience and clarity.
The dental hygienist was fantastic! She was gentle yet thorough during session and took the time to explain each step, which really helped alleviate any anxiety I had. Her friendly demeanor made the appointment fly by, and I appreciated her tips for maintaining oral health.
Dr. Jennifer Southerd was equally impressive. They took the time to discuss my dental health, listen to my concerns, and provide thoughtful recommendations without pushing unnecessary treatments. I felt well cared for and informed throughout the entire process.
Overall, the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff made my visit a positive one. I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Southerd to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Wonderful staff, they answer all questions and are helpful. Doctor S. explains everything that she is doing and makes you comfortable. Honestly she's the best dentist I've ever had. I would and have recommended her to friends. She is the best! Gene F Huston
