Tanisha (Dental Assistant)purchased a vehicle from me and was telling me about the new office location in Pendleton for the Dentist she worked for.. I had a crown come off about 2:00pm on a Thursday afternoon. I called my Dentist and voicemail said if it was an emergency to call the Dentist on his cell phone. I left a message on the provided number what happened and that it was swollen, infected and I was in pain. 3 hours went by without a call back. I called and left a 2nd message, no callback after 3&1/2 more hours. I called Tanisha and told her the situation about 7:30 pm. She called Dr Shamsaie to see if he could help. He did not have any openings the next morning but said if I could be there at 7:30am he would go in early to see me. I was there at 7:30am . They took X-rays and Dr Shamsaie went over in detail all options to fix the problem. This is a Dentist that truly cares about taking the best of care of his patients regardless of what time it is. Great professional and extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of Dentistry. Needless to say my Wife and I know have a new lifetime Dentist. I would highly recommend him to anybody. He's the best. You won't be disappointed.

I took my daughter to see Lindy for her first ever dentist cleaning and she was so great! She talked my daughter through what was going on and what to expect and communicated amazingly well with me how to better her dental hygiene at home. I appreciated her thoroughness and thoughtfulness with my daughter!

Wonderful staff - Neva, Tanisha, and Dr. J are all professional, friendly, and thorough. Also, they got all the work done on my teeth (several fillings and a crown) in two days and little notice when my insurance coverage was ending. They do their crown on-site! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Pendleton Smiles. The team was thorough, gentle, and incredibly friendly, which made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. Everything was clearly explained, and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend!

Your practice is very efficiently, always running on time which I appreciate. My only complaint is being retired my dental insurance does not cover your full expenses. Does that mean my insurance is not enough? My wife goes to a different local dentist and is fully covered. Just curious.
