I haven’t been to Fazolis in a long time and the last time the service was horrible and it was dirty. Tonight we went in and the front staff was absolutely amazing and all smiles! It was clean for being busy! The food was hot and fresh! I want to thank all the staff for their smiles and fast service! Saphera was so helpful and so kind! She made sure my family was taken care of! That girl needs a raise! Thank you all again! Keep up the great work you’re doing!

Food and customer service were excellent. We got the senior meal which is a perfect size for us. Of course the breadsticks are the best! Savannah waited in our table and was delightful. She took great care of us!

Their food is always hot and fresh. One of the only things I don't like is ordering food from the AI. She is kind of creepy. And when I'm done I always say thank you like I'm talking to a person. And if you go inside, you get unlimited breadsticks, so why are they so expensive? When I only want 1 or 5 to go, they should be like A lot cheaper than what they are. Maybe 5 for a dollar or 5 for $2. They're just seem too expensive that's all.
