Took my two teenage boys here for dinner and they got the street tacos and devoured them. I got the burrito loco and it was good. Good service. Nice place with lots of seating and I’m going to come back with my wife and try out the bar!

Pretty typical menu for a Riviera Maya, just missing something that would let me give it 5 stars. Big portions and overall very good. The beans had absolutely no flavor and were grainy. Recommend the Sour Cream enchiladas, steak quesadilla, and Street Tacos.

Standard American Mexican fare is what you can expect here. Pretty crowded on a Friday night but the staff were friendly albeit a little frenzied (who can blame them?). Being over 21, we were able to snag a couple of seats at the bar and avoid the line. The food is good, strawberry margarita as it should be, and they served Modela Negro - which made my husband happy. I will say the chips were not great, but that is pretty minor.

We’ve been loyal customers and have always appreciated the good food and service here. However, our recent takeout experience was unacceptable. Both meals we ordered were significantly shorted on the number of shrimp—one meal should have had 12 but came with only 7, and the other should have had 5 but came with just 3.
When we called to address this issue, the manager rudely dismissed our concern and outright refused to acknowledge the mistake. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and highly disappointing. Clearly, customer service is not a priority for this establishment.
