I gave this company the opportunity to keep my business because my first experience was really bad and while I thought they meant what they said I found out all they cared about was getting my money. Over $57,000 in a year’s time. They suggested a system replacement because I had a coolant leak and claimed the attic furnace unit was so old there was no make/model on it. They recommended a heat pump because it’s economical although they knew I could not access the attic due to fall risks and health. They said it was much more economical and they could put a filter access in reach. That turned out to be untrue so they put it in the ceiling requiring a step ladder and claimed they would change it for us. They said they’d throw in ductwork cleaning because they didn’t do the whole house the previous year. They charged over $6000 for that. After installing it too time before they brought the thermostat which has fewer settings than a normal one. The unit broke down- stopped working- 3 times in 3 months and I was told rudely that there is supposedly no mechanical issue just my attic isn’t insulated enough. They saw the attic before recommending and installing the heat pump. I had been told it was due to fluid buildup in the drip tray the 2 times they came out and that was supposed to happen. They adjusted the tray. I said it ran constantly and ran my light bill up to $764 despite my previous highest bill being $369 with the same insulation and old system. The tech said blowing cold air was normal. Mentioned they are economical. They refused to even look at it the third time at all with it less than 3 months old as of 12/19/25 so now I am looking for attorneys because they are the HVAC experts and refuse to make this right instead blaming me when they knew I am not able to access the attic and am not an HVAC expert. On top of that they installed a garbage disposal and it leaked. They fixed it but no concerns for water damage. Beware because they’re honey sweet to get the money then slow or no service or even flat rude. Plus they are sketchy about how little they put on their invoices. Anyone recommend attorneys or honest HVAC professionals let me know. This unit heats and cools 2 rooms. Thank goodness we have gas heat for the rest of the house but I am sorry I ever did business with this company.

Joe and Israel were the two gentlemen who came out and installed our brand-new furnace, and they did an outstanding job. I also want to give a big shout-out to their supervisor Wyatt. He came out first and did one of the most thorough inspections I’ve ever seen. He showed me pictures and videos and carefully explained how dangerous our old furnace actually was. There was carbon monoxide leaking in our home, which could explain why some of us had been feeling sick.
The best part is this inspection didn’t cost me a dime. It was completely free. Before finding Complete Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing, I had already paid hundreds of dollars to other companies to come out and check my AC and furnace, and none of them told me anything close to what Wyatt discovered. That really showed me the difference in honesty and effort.
After the inspection they walked me through my options and helped with financing. I was approved and they were able to come out the very next day and install my new furnace.
Joe and Israel were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. They worked hard, installed the new unit and thermostat, removed the old furnace, and cleaned everything up when they finished. I basically answered a few questions and let them handle their job.
On top of that, they even gave me a $400 gift card, which I’ll probably use toward my utility bill.
I actually found Complete Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing while scrolling on social media, and honestly that ad might have saved my whole household because of the danger our old furnace was causing. The last three companies I had come out didn’t even put in the effort these guys did.
I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and the way they took care of my family. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC or furnace work.

Dustin and Aaron helped us with a plumbing issue that ended up requiring replacing a toilet and repairing some pipe work. They were both very helpful. Dustin, in particular, was very knowledgeable and helped ensure the repairs met our needs. We really appreciate his attention to detail and quality work.
The company was great to get someone out quickly after we called. I will note that the way their system is set up you communicate directly with the company and they communicate with a technicians and vice versa. A side effect of that system is that communication about scheduling and technician arrival may be delayed or miscommunicated so I would recommend double checking and asking additional questions about scheduling and arrival.

Brandon And Kassie have been great and helpful. Brandon spent the needed time checking the air conditioner to verify what was really going on and found several things he did give us the price to repair with no guarantee how long it would last and the price for a new system. He came back in the evening to finish up signing up for a new system as I had to leave earlier when he was originally at the house. Brandon never made us feel rushed in making us decide. Kassie, was very polite when I originally called today to make an appointment for the estimates she called and texted that the tech was alittle delayed from orginal time she again did a great job in communicating with me. I will recommend them to anyone needed their services.
We did end up putting in a new system on Friday of last week Cameron and David installed it and they were here alittle before 9am and done by around 2. They showed us how to work the new thermostat and went over everything they did. They were very polite and helpful.

Peter did a great job diagnosing our A/C issue. He took his time checking everything and gave us an honest explanation of the issues. Another company tried to sell us a whole new system after checking things for 10 minutes. I’m happy I got a second opinion from Complete Comfort.
