I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these guys really surprised me in the best way. The technician was polite, professional, and really took the time to inspect everything instead of rushing through the appointment. He explained what he was fixing and why, and the final bill was actually lower than what I’d expected. It was just a genuinely pleasant experience, and it’s nice to feel like you’re dealing with people who take pride in their work.

Buyer beware, this company uses deceptive pricing. They use a blanket cost with no details on hourly or parts. This ended up costing me an average of $500 per hour. Can you say ripoff!
Don't believe the positive reviews... On top of the nonsense pricing, the work was shoddy. The good news is they do this with a smile.

Bethany did an amazing job on our AC and furnace tune up. She explained everything to me as she went through it. I definitely recommend Jake’s!

Nigel did a very thorough review of the HVAC system and ductwork and provided clear/concise solutions whereas two previous technicians did not. I highly recommend Nigel’s expertise.

Our experience was like a roller coaster ride at Disneyland. A cat got into the duct work under my daughter's house. The granddaughter was in a panic so they put a plea for help on the market place which was answered and a young man came out but couldn't locate it. During the night they heard it again and sent out another plea and Jake's answered the call. Two young men, Robbie and Dean, were very concerned and jumped right into the problem. They tracked the cat down and discovered there were 2. They coraled them and got one out and the other one fled. Yea! Putting back the tubing and sealing up the area the fled cat got back in from another area and the captured one got out of the container and back to the crawl space. The guys retraced their first attempt and got the cats out of the duct work and sealed that up but the cats ran out of the crawl space. Anyway, they will show back up when they get hungry. Thanks to the guys and the monumental effort. They felt bad for not being able to capture them. Would definitely use Jake's for any and all our situations in the future .
