Miguel Campos did a great job. He was able to break it down for me so I understood. What I needed to understand was the cause of the clog, that resulted in standing water in my basement . Miguel was professional and reassuring. He explained to me step by step the process, of how it would be the quickest most accurate way to handle the issue. From beginning to end, I can’t say how awesome Phil and Rob were! After We seeing our entire laundry room and realizing it was our main line, we started researching online about who to call. We tried a local place first and they had an AI agent pick up the call- - mistake number 1. Then when we got to a human, and sadly she was not much help either. We hung up and called Roto Rooter and spoke to a lovely lady who quickly and easily set up an appt. for the next day. We were given a window of 8-12 and before 8 am the next day they called to say they were 7 minutes away. They were incredible and worked so hard to help us. We had an issue that was beyond their control and yet they went the extra mile to do what they could to help. They took longer than I am sure a service call normally takes and I genuinely felt they cared. They took the time to explain everything and I didn’t feel like we were being scammed- that is rare these days. They were extremely knowledgeable.
Our problem was resolved same day. I hope we never have to call them again, but if we ever need the services they provide, this is who we will call!
Grateful for the service they provided.

Phil from Roto-Rooter was outstanding. He quickly cleared my main line blockage and took the time to explain what was causing the problem instead of just treating the symptom. He worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated, and was honest about the underlying issues with my sewer line. He also got me scheduled for a permanent repair so I won't have to keep dealing with the same problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best long-term solution. I highly recommend asking for Phil if you need plumbing or drain service.

My technician, Phil Stillinger, was great! He showed up on time and was friendly. I explained the problem we had with our kitchen sink and he told me what he thought was causing it. Once he started he quickly found the issue and he had been right. He quickly and throughly fixed the problem. All the experiences I’ve had with Roto-Rooter have been great! We will continue to call them for help!

Ricky was great! Very professional and polite. Got right to work and curitouis of my home and respectful. I feel like I'm getting three services in one. One person came and check to see if I had e water damage with a sensor, then Ricky snaked the main sewer line, and then a guy to do a camera check to make sure everything looked good. Highly recommend especially if you have an older home and a access in the basement only.
