My furnace was making a noise and did not sound good, I called and had someone come out the next morning. Had Furnace and AC replaced the next day. Technicians were considerate of my home, explained in detail what they were doing. Big shout out to my contact Wyatt. Wyatt even brought me Starbucks coffee one visit. I also purchased the 5 star maintenance plan and will have my WaterHeater and plumbing flushed and inspected.

I had Brandon over to assess an issue in my furnace system and I was so pleased with his expertise in trying to find a way to make a fix in phases because of being on a budget. He was very competent in what was necessity to make my furnace run as it should in this new home I just purchased to make my expensive system last as long as it can. Brandon was so friendly and personable as well as a family man who is dedicated his work. I appreciate when a company does not want to do a hard sell and are only looking for the bottom line. Complete Comfort is a company looking to help their customers. It is so good to know that their employees last so long with this company. That in itself speaks volumes. Thanks Brandon.

The team has been awesome to work with. Wyatt and Ben came out assessed my system… which I knew needed totally replaced! They walked me through options and financial decisions that fit my situation. They were not at all pushy. Very polite!
The next day- Israel and Carlos came and did my new full hvac system. Seriously the politest guys! They were clean, polite, nice and got the job done! I now have ac and heat with a fancy thermostat (this thing may start cooking dinner next 🤣)
Rachel has helped via text, walking me through how to use the fancy thermostat.
The whole group I’ve worked with have been awesome!

Company sent a technician within a few hours who was able to get the system working again. Chris worked diligently to resolve the issue and attempt to determine the root cause of a seemingly sporadic issue. Source of the issue was unable to be determined but if it happens again I can quickly diagnose to determine if the same issue has happened again and resolve until another technician can come out. Ultimate the house is comfortable again.

Remington was my plumber. He was a great worker, very personable and professional. He did a great job fixing a leak that I had, he went over and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. Thank you so much very appreciated!!
