Our technician was absolutely amazing! He knew exactly what to do to figure out what the problems were with the water heater. He was very respectful and did not try to talk down to me at all. Being elderly, you can’t imagine how I really appreciate that from a young guy. He took pictures and examined the whole water heater all the while explaining everything he was doing and what he found. I was so thankful that you sent a technician who knew what he was doing.

I was very pleased with how quickly he came out after setting up the appointment. (Same day) He was very kind and respectful. Took his time and checked everything to find any leaks. Took his time after the job to talk with me and reassure me that if I had any questions or concerns to contact him again and he would be happy to answer any questions and come back if necessary. This was my first and only interaction with Mr Rooter and I am extremely pleased. Would highly recommend.
