Our technician was absolutely amazing! He knew exactly what to do to figure out what the problems were with the water heater. He was very respectful and did not try to talk down to me at all. Being elderly, you can’t imagine how I really appreciate that from a young guy. He took pictures and examined the whole water heater all the while explaining everything he was doing and what he found. I was so thankful that you sent a technician who knew what he was doing.

I had Mr. Rooter out on April 20 and he gave me a price on doing the clean out. I gave him a check for $2200 and then in the same day I changed my mind because I found a much cheaper price and I have never gotten my return check and it's now May 7. So how could I be pleased?

Service was excellent. Ryan, the assigned plumber was very professional and explained in detail what needed to be done. I felt that Ryan went above and beyond what we have come to expect from service providers.

I would recommend Mr. Rooter hands down. Cory and his assistant showed up accessed the problem and recommendations. The next day our problem was fixed by a great team of men. They were all very nice, professional and courteous. Thank you so much Mr. Rooter. If I have any other problems you will be the first I call.
