Austin Melton was very professional. He came out for my plumbing inspection and was very thorough. He went through the problems he found along with options to fix them with no pressure to make a decision. Kye and Will did a great job with installing our Essency On-Demand water heater and we are very happy with it. We also had to get new water lines and shut off valves installed along with a new water softener. I have been a Jake’s customer for several years and had lots of work done and they always deliver excellence. Thanks!

Our experience with 'Jake's' from 'start-to-finish' was exceptionally fantastic. We purchased a foreclosed home in a condition to renovate which included a 'done' AC unit & an 'old' Furnace.
As soon as Amber received our call, she was courteous, understanding & helpful. She booked an onsite evaluation the next day led by John W. We met John onsite & he was awesome! John was thorough, honest & understanding of what we were aiming to achieve in our renovation project.
Within an hour after inspection we had a quote for a new AC unit and/or a new Furnace (which was 27 years old). Additionally, the quote system Jake's sends (via both text & email) is easy to understand, easy on the eyes & easy to confirm.
John W. & I stayed in touch over the course of the next 24 hours as we compared other quotes.
Finally, they were able to offer installation of both units, which were high quality TRANE products, literally the next day.
We called into Amber @ 8 am the next morning, made a simple payment over the phone & their crew was out to install within 1 hour....amazing.
Our overall interactions with Jake's team was superb. When we have future projects they will be our first....and only call.
As with others, Google limits to 5 start...we would give 10 stars!

The Technicians were very thorough and had great customer service, it was the equipment they used. It was very dirty and when turned on released horrible allergens into the air, dust and the smell of other homes engulfed our entire upstairs. My critique would be to thoroughly clean your turbo jet max after you finish a home. My house is a brand new build and it honestly feels contaminated after that unit was turned on so long upstairs.

Aden and Colton at Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing were outstanding. They replaced my 14-year-old system with a Goodman side-discharge inverter heat pump and variable-speed air handler, and they handled everything...new line set, trim work, and made the whole install look clean and intentional.
Also… this was not the stereotypical big company HVAC guys, who show up to just another job, angry at life, leaving a mess, and accidentally blessing you with plumber’s crack experience. They were two young dudes who worked together like they’ve done it 1,000 times. They were polite, respected my home, and somehow managed to be personable, funny, and actually look like they enjoy their job and showed pride in it (rare these days).
They walked me through the setup and made sure I was comfortable with how everything works before they left. The whole process from quoting to install felt fair and transparent, and you just don’t get service like this everywhere. Family-owned feel, big-time professionalism. Highly recommend.
Also shoutout to Kaitlyn...she’s the one who originally came out to service my system when it was loud and clearly entering its “I yearn for the afterlife” era. She had the same professional, personable vibe, and I was genuinely impressed by her knowledge. She showed up calm, confident, and unbothered...like she’s heard every weird noise a unit can make.
