Jake's Heating, Air, and Plumbing beat their competitor's estimates by almost $3,500! As a result, it was an easy decision to choose Jake's for a new air unit and furnace, and once I did I was not disappointed. From the start, Jim made financing easy for me, and Jake's service technicians, Chris and Dean, were exceptionally kind, punctual, skilled, and patient with the questions I had for them. They took great care to make sure they did not track any mud or outdoor debris (it had just rained the day before) into my house, and they efficiently installed the furnace and air unit simultaneously. They went the extra mile to explain to me how the new thermostat works and what I need to do differently with the new furnace and AC unit compared to how my old units operated. They worked so cooperatively that in less than eight hours both units were installed, and every bit of their tools, old furnace and AC unit parts, and any trash from the new units were gone completely. In fact, you would never even have known they were at my house at all by the time they were done. They also went out of their way to explain the warranty coverage and the maintenance plans. As a teacher of 25-years, I would give Jim, Chris, Dean, and Jake's more than 100% A++ for their excellent work.

Solomon was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and looking through all of our plumbing. We troubleshoot a couple issues and he actually fixed a couple very minor issues with the twist of his wrench for no charge. We had a major issue we have struggled with through the years and he found the reason for that. He tested the water and explained everything to us. He was both encouraging and insightful . We have appreciated all of Jake’s service people who have ever come to our house.

Jake's bailed my household out of a very difficult situation. Their plumber, William, was fantastic. He got to my home quickly and on short notice, and was able to remedy our issues in no time. He was even able to work fast enough that we were able to keep our holiday plans. William was polite, considerate, efficient, and personable. Jake's gained a customer for life, thanks to William.

KJ was such a pleasure and easy to work with to understand the problems our system was having. Nigel was very attentive through late in the evening answering phone call and questions I had way after normal business hours. James also made install of the new system easy and painless! Great experience all around.

Chris did a great job. My appointment was a late one because they were heavily booked. Chris arrived a little after 4 and worked until 9:30 PM installing a pressure tank, switches, and valves for my well system. Chris is friendly and personable, professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything that needed to be done and the cost options available to me. I definitely recommend Jake’s Plumbing for any HVAC and plumbing work. I highly recommend Chris.
