I believe the gentleman that came out to our home name was Norman. He was very accurate for everything he did. He worked very hard for hours till he got the job completely done. Needed complete insides replaced on pressure assist toilet. They were able to get this done in one visit within 2 hrs of when I called, no extra "visit" fee or upcharge for weekend. Very professional, efficient and thorough for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

We had a dead water heater and were trying to get estimates and help to get our problem solved. The dispatching person at Roto Rooter arranged for someone to come out within the hour, and the service tech Norman came promptly. He was thorough, kind and professional and quickly cleared up misinformation we had been given regarding conventional water heaters versus tankless. Even though we were able to get help from a dear friend who is a contractor to get the work done at a very low cost by an excellent contractor, Norman and the service folks at Roto Rooter were excellent and stood out compared to other companies we contacted. I would absolutely consider using them for future work.

On a Saturday evening I had no warm water. Called Roto-Rooter an was serviced the next day and got a new water heater. I did not expect service this quickly. David T. (#8899) was friendly, as professional and efficient as anyone ever was. Also showed me his work and invited me to call with concerns. He made his business look fantastic.
