Brad was very efficient with his time but took time explaining my options and costs. He arrived shortly after Noon, and had all parts for our new tankless water heater installed and cleaned up before 5pm. I felt like I had the best installer for this work and happy with the result! Bottom line, he got our hot water back the same day!!

Adam did a very thorough inspection of our geothermal. He even vacuumed out the interior of the unit. We shared fishing stories, and talked about our dogs. He was very polite and professional, and answered all my questions.
There was no charge, as we are on the annual service plan.

Master plumber, Brad, was efficient and thorough. He and along two other staff worked quickly to remove the old heating system and installed a brand new tankless heater. The entire process took several hours and it’s worth mentioning that this is truly hard work and highly complex. Brad was patient explaining the process and offered different options. I highly recommend this company.

Chandler was awesome!! He was able to fix the issue quickly after I let him know what was going on. He also addressed the issue and made it right after I wait for emergency service overnight that never showed up. I’m happy with the service and price to fix the HVAC unit. Happy to have a warm house now considering it was in the negative temps.

Blake did a fantastic job. He came in and reviewed my heating system both indoor and out. He then recommended a moisture sensor for my system which was a fair price. He installed everything perfectly and showed me everything I needed to know about the new hardware. I couldn’t be happier. Summers is a tremendous company.
